I pre-ordered an Item

I pre-ordered an Item and when it was time to ship, Hanifa contacted me advising that the item did not pass their quality inspection and my order was going to be cancelled. I was disappointed until I kept reading their email. Not only did they credit me, but they gave me store credit in the amount of my original purchase on top of the full refund! Everything I have from them is HIGH quality. Can't wait for the next season to drop!!!

I ordered a $200 dress and after…

I ordered a $200 dress and after receiving it, I noticed they sent me the wrong size. This was done intentionally because when I contacted them to inform them that they sent me a size smaller than what I ordered, they informed me that they did not have the size I ordered. They knew this when I placed the order, yet they took my money, and rather than informing me they did not have my size sent me a size smaller than I ordered. They offered to refund my money for this "too small" $200 dress, however, they do not take into consideration the disappointment in not receiving an item that you anticipated receiving, but also the time, expense and effort in returning an item you did not bargain for. The dress I ordered was for a special occasion and due to their intentional mistake, I had to run out and attempt to get a replacement dress for my event. I would definitely not order from them again.

Size chart not accurate

Took a chance after reading the reviews..mya cardigan way too big and long size s/,m final sale..bad quality..i want a refund I was told all sales final. Size chart did not work. Buyer beware. Trying to support black business

worst customer service

worst customer service. I asked for a refund for a top that did not fit and they mentioned I missed the time. They did not want to offer a refund to my card but I fought with them to return for at least a credit since IM getting a different size. I have been messaging them since November. This is a graduation photoshoot which I had to push it back due to not having the correct size top but I have the bottoms. They eventually returned money as a store credit for the top but gave it to me after they had a sale for the top which is still not back in stock. I pushed my photo shoot first weekend in May and the top is still not back in stock and they don't know or can't give me a possible time of when it will be back in stock.

Hanifa is Amazing!

I have had nothing but a positive experience when shopping with Hanifa! Everything from the clothing, the marketing, and the visuals are executed with absolute perfection each time. Their customer service team is amazing as well! They are always quick to respond and provide excellent service whenever needed. Additionally, I appreciate their transparency when it comes to order delays. Obviously it is not ideal for an order to be delayed but due to the nature of the business I do understand that these things happen and I appreciate how Hanifa is quick to send out updates at their earliest convenience.

Very very bad customer service

Very very bad customer service, more than one month I am chasing for a non delivery from ups and hanifa won't refund me, I wanted to support this brand but this is a nightmare.

An absolute shambles

An absolute shambles, do not spend your money here!

I had my reservations when reading they don’t refund but stupidly I went ahead with the purchase. I was told it takes 10 days to be packed and shipped, fair enough but when I received my item it came from Salford!

I wore the item, followed the care instructions and my item became faulty. I was told that the item should dry cleaned but the label clearly states hand wash. They had the audacity to offer me 15% off a new item as mine “was not to par”. Then finally admitted fault and said they’d send a replacement. Twelve working days later, still nothing. I’ve never heard anything like this in my life.

I really wanted to support and love this brand but I’m so disappointed and the lack of customer service/experience is shocking!

Do not shop here ladies.
