It’s the second time I’ve used Hannah’s blinds the service is excellent from the person who measured and quoted price , the lady confirming order and calling to arrange fitting , and the person fitting the blinds , all were excellent , prompt and courteous, if you want great value and excellent service give them a call !!

I will not recommend this company or use them again. The measurer seemed fine at the time, he explained there would be a small gap either side of the blinds. He showed me the gap and explained it would be half as a bit each side. I asked him a number of times did he think it would look ok, and he said yes, so I ordered the blind. When the fitter arrived, it was 4cm out each side and looked ridiculous. When discussed with the boss, his response was he trusts his fitter, if I misunderstood that’s on me, his fitter did tell me there was a gap, what do I want him to do as they’ve bought the blind on my say so, as a company they’ve done all that they can, I need to make a decision as his fitter has been at my house a while, he told the fitter to check if it looked ok outside and asked if I was putting up curtains. Customer service was none existent. He did mellow marginally when I said so you’re not bothered with customer service then. He didn’t even suggest an alternative. Definitely put me off using this company.

The blinds are great as are the fitters!! - its just a shame about the office staff unfortunately.

We have had all of the blinds in our house done by them and are happy with the produxt. However the office staff and thier service are unprofessional particularly when calling to book for quote or installation and on occasion have been rude.

On one phone call they called me and continued on a conversation between themselves in the office for quite a while whilst I repeatedly said hello after answering the call. They finally responded to me (apparently i had to wait on the line for them to finish gossiping) and appeared as though the whole call was an inconvenience to have to talk to a customer to confirm installation date - despite them calling me!
In particular Jackie is rude and has a unprofessional manner and poor customers service skillset.

Super easy to get a free measure up consult, and a quick and simple fitting experience! Happily recommend :)

From the phone service from the guy coming out to measure and fit extremely professional and fast my blinds was up in the matter of five minutes excellent service will be using them and I do recommend them to everybody I know
