Orderd on line and my purchase was ready and waiting for me to pick up as I stated on order can’t fault Hanson always come here for all my appliances never fail to deliver 100% customer service

Ordered electric oven and delivered on the day that we requested,fast, efficient and polite service.

Not delivered on the day stated on the order wasted a day waiting for it only to be told it wasn’t put on the van

Great service, ordered Sunday online and delivered Monday.

Easy to purchase a washing machine on-line using Hanson's website and a very competitive price - cheaper than most of the big multi-national names.
Delivery within a few days and as soon as possible after a bank holiday.
Delivery by polite and caring staff who respected my mum and her flat (she's 93); which was very reassuring for her.
Hanson's are recommended without reservation.

A very good experience of ordering a new kitchen. Stress free, seamless. They came and measured and drew a plan. Lots of choice. No pressure. Good quality units made in the UK at reasonable prices. Knowledgeable, obliging staff. Would highly recommend Hansons for electrical appliances and kitchens.

I ordered a CDA CCA7SI Canopy Hood.
I received a CDA CCA52SI Canopy Hood, which is a completely different size.

This was after paying for DHL delivery to London.

Disappointing.

Update 4 January: Hanson Electrical got in touch and offered ways to minimize the inconvenience. Apart from getting the wrong product they have been responsive and easy to deal with. Based on their positive response (albeit late) I have corrected my rating. Despite my issues in this particular case, I would not hesitate to buy from Hanson again.

We have used Hanson before and always find the service excellent. On this occasion there was an issue with the delivery date but once the team were notified the issue was acknowledged and immediately rectified and the delivery/ installation team were punctual, efficient and very polite. I would definitely recommend them.

Easy to order on line. Then received phone call advising delivery approx time on date requested. Received another phone call 20mins b4 delivery. Lads who delivered were very courteous and respectful. Would definitely recommend this company

Good, fast service by Hanson Electrical. Delivery men very good. On unpacking the fridge freezer they pointed out to me some damage on the fridge door. This was reported to Hanson Electrical and I was told that they would arrange with Beko to have the door replaced.
However, there has been a bit of a delay in getting the part and I am still waiting for the replacement.

Delivery drivers were so helpful with unpacking our new fridge which was fantastic as I'm registered disabled

We ordered a fridge freezer at 3:00 P.M. on a Sunday and it came at 10:00 A.M. the very next morning. The men who came were extremely pleasant and friendly. They quickly installed the fridge freezer and took our old one away and removed all the packaging. We were so impressed with the efficiency and customer service of Hanson Electrical. We have not used Hanson Electrical before, but we will buy all our electrical appliances from them in the future.
