Disappointed for 2 reasons
Disappointed for 2 reasons: one product wasn't delivered and the effect was increase the price of the other to the point it was no longer good value. I was also disappointed with the product that did arrive as it turned out to be more of a booklet than a book.

Issue resolved - great set of books for my son
Initially I had an issue with my order- this was down to the delivery partner which was extremely frustrating for both me and Happier Every Chapter, however after clear information, being kept up to date with what was going on and working around the issue by using a different delivery partner, my son has received a wonderful set of books that are just perfect for him. He is finding his love for reading and this in part is down to some of the wonderful books that have been selected for him.

Not your fault, but I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. When will companies stop using Evri they are appalling and never ever deliver on time. My status still says they will deliver my book before 9pm yesterday!!!

I received my book (UK -AUS) in a week. I have been looking for this particular book for nearly 2 years and this company which I bought the book from I had come across by pure accident. It was exactly what I was after with no problems or delays. Wonderful experience with this company.

Total letdown
Placed my order and paid straight away on the 12th September,got a confirmation email and then another email stating the book had been dispatched,waiting patiently for the delivery,and then on the 23rd September received yet another email stating that my money was being refunded as the book was no longer available,soo frustrating and disappointing 😡
