Excellent reading. It's unbelievable this is a free online magazine with the option of receiving a printed version on the confort of your home and get a break of your phone distractions and blue light. I love this magazine, but at present can't afford the printed version. Great gift it would make for family and friends and even a random stranger like me! Thank you everyone behind the work that makes it possible 🙏🙏🙏

I love reading the emails. Always interesting stories. I live in Spain now so can no longer get the magazine and the gifts .. for those who can please do..it is so worth it!

Happiful has a wide range of wellbeing articles. They are engaging and practical and very thoughtfully presented. Unlike many wellbeing magazines they do not focus on a rich lifestyle to achieve wellbeing. Instead they are evidence based and pragmatic. I cannot recommend the magazine and website highly enough. They do not only promote wellbeing but the importance of living ethically

I love the positivity of Happiful Magazine, and the broad spread of topics it covers. I usually read it online, which is great, and I also love the paper copy, which is so nice to have and be able to pick up when I have five minutes. Having the paper copy also means I can pass it on when I've finished reading. Spread the Happiness!

Enjoyable articles very useful tips particularly loved the well-being articles and the value of friendship, beautiful colours and graphics.

I love these magazines. Great ideas positive/interesting/knowledge articles easy to read a all round good magazine.
Can you do more on menopause and Pelvic organ prolaspe etc please.

I like the online magazine. It's helped me to feel less pessimistic, during difficult times. I like the focus on goal setting, stepping out of a rut, gaining momentum. I enjoy this and recommend for anyone needing motivational thought.

It's great on so many levels.
The articles are fab, there's something in there for everyone.
Each month I buy my copy and I also have a monthly subscription so.my daughter has a copy delivered.
I also follow on social.media, this is a great way to.read through articles as a reminder as well as being able to contribute to the online pages.
For mental health and wellbeing it's my favourite.
Ps if you like a magazine the actual physical copy is like a luxury treat.

Always a bright moment when there’s a Happiful email amongst the daily drudge. Useful tips, insights, tasks and articles for improving and maintaining your mental health. Came across them when trying to find alternatives for the defunct Blurt foundation. Free digital version a Godsend!

Happiful have great articles and the illustrations are stunning. We're stuck that they offer the digital version for free. It helps to keep me on track for my mental health and wellbeing.
