what an absolute piece of crap didn't sharpen at all worth about £2 of plastic . no refund despite emailing them . one bitten. sent back still nothing don't have anything to do with this site or company ripoff merchant ..

Do not use this site. They are crooks. I bought the worst knife sharpener on the planet. Looked in the marketing pictures/videos. It was plastic crap and didn't work. I informed them I wasn't happy and they gave me a return address to send it back to (that cost me $21 - and the item itself was $58). Since sending it back I have asked for updates several times and no-one has returned my emails. I just tried for the 4th time and it cam back with an unknown address error.

The sizing is completely off the wall, the products they sell are also in the UK on websites such as Brand Alley, and they use the same terms (king size, double, etc). I bought a king-sized duvet set and it arrived with the weirdest dimensions. I've emailed them twice and have been completely ignored, I would stay away from this place completely! Don't be seduced by the products, they're a very unhelpful company who clearly don't value customer satisfaction.

Placed an order on May 2nd and still haven't received anything. I contacted them in June and they assured me it was on the way, just delayed because of covid. Now when I email I don't get any response.

Don't know how you got a 3.4. Been waiting for months now for my package and ignored my emails. Absolute bunch of tossers

absolute CON, received 1 item and I stupidly brought 3 thinking they would make great gifts, the upgrade doesn't exist and after enquiring about the 2 missing items to which they replied it is on its way, I waited about 6 weeks before I realised i hadnt received so sent another email only to have it bounce back and it is now all shut down, did my dough and learnt a lesson!!

The only thing that's not a scam about this company is that you do actually receive the item (at least in my case). Everything else is a lie. The shipping time was a joke - took me >2 months to receive it. Free shipping? I had to pay ~$10 to the local courier upon delivery. I wouldn't be too upset about the $10 if I hadn't soon after realized that the quality of the knife sharpener isn't worth a fraction of that. As with others here, I also foolishly paid for the pro upgrade - there is no discernible difference - just an idiot tax I suppose. Extremely poor packaging - there is no box, only mounds of bubble wrap and plastic with tons of packing tape around it to allow the courier enough time to escape before you find out what you've actually received. For those of you that haven't wasted your money as yet, please know that this is not one of those situations where you read the good reviews along with the bad and then try to make an educated decision. The good reviews are clearly all fake. Don't try and weigh the odds or think that everyone else is an idiot. Just don't spend your money here.

This is a plastic piece of garbage and they did not even bother to put it in a box when they shipped it. Their refund policy will cost you more in shipping than you paid for the product. Rude awful customer service.

This is absolutely crapy sharpener - bad material - plastic which doesn't hold and the sharpener actually doesn't sharpen . Definitely dont buy it. and customer survice suggest to send this back to China or whatever place which actually will cost more then sharpener its self -SO DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crummy product. Knife sharpener is cheap plastic. Springs don't provide enough tension to do anything. $29.75 to buy it. They'll issue a refund if you ship it back to China! That shipping cost me $27.75 today. Rip Off Alert! Don't buy this.

Pathetic piece of crap. Actually made my knife less sharp. How could I be so stupid and upgrade it to pro? Man, if I could get a hold on these pathetic scammers. Cowards all the way.

I get the ultra shaper upgraded to pro. its a piece og plastic.

Happy Fridays Ultrasharp Knife Sharpener. Absolute rubbish and a complete rip off. I EVEN stupidly do pro upgrade which clearly is just a scam as its the same item. a COMPLETE SCAM. Refunds guaranteed - Yes. But you have to pay to send it back to China ! I bet noone ever gets a refund.

never mentioned that the product comes from china. it took 6 weeks to get it AND it's a piece of junk. the knife sharpener is made of plastic and one side of the flexing arms with the sharpening stones is stuck. bottom line is the product doesn't work. my $5 sharpener with little ceramic rods does a much better job. i feel stupid for being dooped and i'll probably never get my money back because it looks like the website is no longer working...

Purchased this recently in May. Wont even sharpen a knife to cut a tomato. Absolutely not as it appears in the ad. I cannot get any knives sharp and have asked for a refund. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Well for starters where can I get a -5star ratting as this thing is not even worth a 1 star ratting but you have to give it one just so you can get to Wright a review DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP NOT WORTH 2 CENTS LET ALONE THE 40 THEY CHARGED ME TO GET IT AND TWO WEEKS TO GET IT JUST GARBAGE
