Wow…. Just wow.

I placed an order in Feb 21, and was curious as to when it would be shipped, so I logged in today to see and was surprised to see that my order was cancelled due to an invalid expiry date on my credit card… (which I find strange since I double checked the card number etc before hitting send), but that is not the problem. 1. Why would they not reach out and tell me that there was an issue when processing my payment so that I could correct it? And 2. When I did ask about it I got a very rude response… “Please read why your order was canceled. Clearly visible to me. Promo is still available as far as I can see. Adam Lavine

I see that someone else experienced rudeness from this “customer service” rep not too long ago also. Perhaps this company should take a look at who they have communicating with their customers… of which I will no longer be.

I just had the worst customer…

I just had the worst customer experience with a representative named Adam Lavine. They forgot part of my order and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He did not read my initial email clearly, and his initial response when I asked if he could please read my email and rectify the missing part of my order, his only response was “very well”. I told him I did not appreciate his reply and can he please rectify the missing items, and this is the message he sent me back.
“I hope so. It’s Sunday. We will chat tomorrow.
I hope you enjoy the rest of your evening.

I will be calling tomorrow to speak to someone with more respect and kindness. I am just appalled that a representative of this company would speak to their customers this way. I am living with a chronic illness and I’m trying their products to see if it can help with some of my pain, and this is just so upsetting being spoken to this way.

I use the 30 mg gummies

I use the 30 mg gummies , I take them 4 times a day, this gives an even effect. I also sleep better. I definitely would recommend these. I have been using them for almost a month now and am very happy with them.

Customer service was extremely…

Customer service was extremely disappointing. I contacted support simply to request an update on my order and received a response from Adam Lavine, CX Supervisor. Rather than providing an update, the reply was dismissive and placed the blame on me for allegedly not checking the correct email. I explained that I had already checked the correct email and was still waiting for information regarding my order. Despite this, I received a follow-up stating that the issue had been marked as resolved, even though no resolution or update was provided. Given his role as a customer service supervisor, I expected a far more professional and courteous response.

Items not delivered

I phoned the company and was cut off, emailed then and the response was very rude and very unprofessional. Couldn't believe they talked to me that way when the product they were supposed to deliver was missing. I was asking what happened at first then with the very rude response I was taken aback. Anyways tried it hoping it would be good but now I'm left with a bad taste so will never order from there again nor would I recommend this company

Please be careful, no CBD in gummies!

Please be careful! I should have read the reviews before purchasing. The gummies have absolutely NO CBD! I believe they are haribo gummies. I tested them with my family members and NO one felt anything. I took 4 gummies (each 30mg of CBD) and felt absolutely nothing. Please save your money and purchase from reputable sources. It’s too bad Shoppers Drug Mart stopped their cannabis store.

I tried to ask if their products were…

I tried to ask if their products were Gluten-free and got bullied and talked down to by their customer service representative, after I reported it with screenshots to head office I heard nothing back. Their customer representative Jennifer went as far as to call me a B.

This company has absolutely no ethics and they are scamming people. I don't even know what's in the Capsules or gummies. This is a scam company! Be careful

Wishing I had read these reviews before…

Wishing I had read these reviews before I purchased. I am 100 percent convinced that there is no actually cbd in any of the products I purchased. Just three dollar peach rings and gummy bears in a shiny ziploc for 45 bucks. I can literally eat a handful and not feel a thing. But a 20mg gummy from an actual pot shop will knock me out all night.

Scam company.

Their THCv and CBD products are completely ineffective and seem to contain no cannabis at all, just regular oil disguised as cannabinoid products. Additionally, they are not a professional or official company—their claimed physical location appears to be fake. This feels like a scam, and I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid purchasing from them..

False product - they have zero effect the edible they sent you are complety empty they send you Straight Up Candy from the corner store its a shame really shady company ...

Faux produits il vous vendent des Bonbon du depanneur avec rien dedans j'ai mangé 10 bobon CBD THC aucun effets ce sont des voleurs .
