This is actually a quality problem I've noticed a lot with these types of "crunchy clothing" stores. They use the wrong stitches all the time in obviously incorrect ways.

This company used a non-stretch stitch at the part of the pant that goes up over your hips. And they are workout pants, so when you sweat, it's harder to take them off and they stick to your skin more. So even though they were actually big on me, I ripped a stitch the first time I took them off. Ridiculous.

I really did like this brand of clothing but since I have had no reply on my complaint I will no longer buy from here anymore. 2 complete outfits fell apart at the seems in less than a years time and do not hold up to average wear of once a week. These are very expensive clothes and i expected better customer support. Regards.

TERRIBLE customer service, I missed the return window by one day and sent a message right after, I have sent mutiple emails and no reponse. Sizing is weird, I bought different items for myself and my mom and dad and none of it fit, Still trying to contact them. If they don't respond, I will try to dispute it with the credit card company. For an online store where you need to try on at home, terrible customer service again

Similar experience with site, ordered a sweatshirt, paid for it, they sent email saying it's on the way with a UPS tracking number and then cancelled it right before Christmas. I tried emailing them and they just said too bad, order something else. I am not ordering again since it's overpriced and they have no customer service. A real company would offer something to make it right.

I ordered a matching legging and top. The legging had a bit of a different hue, and I contacted Happy Earth and Daniel was very helpful! The leggings and top are soft and very stretchy for organic cotton and made Fair Trade. I would definitely buy again from Happy Earth.

Two stars for costly return policies.
The leggings purchased might warrant three stars, but not at the price point of $54 each.

Sites that charge this much for their wares usually offer free returns or exchanges. Not this one. There is a $3 re-stocking fee for each item and they require you purchase your own shipping label at around $10.

The leggings themselves are too loose feeling through the leg and butt, feeling more like pj pants then active ware. The waist is not too loose, but it is a very narrow band instead of the wide sort that have become most common with work out leggings.

Bright side, they are not see through.

frustratingly difficult to shop here. they only make one article of clothing at a time it seems like, any time you see anything you like -- everything's out of stock as soon as you blink. also website's an utter labyrinth. clothes doesn't show up in website but you can find it using search. filters are a pain -- still have to scroll through entire catalog even AFTER filtering, simply saying out of stock on all merch as opposed only displaying items filtered. also if you filter for 3 sizes, if any one size is sold out, the entire item says out of stock, even IF there are sizes you're looking for still in stock. rendering the website experience unusable. Oh and did you spend too long entangled in the site? the item that did have your size is now gone bc you blinked too long.
