took over 4 months to receive. then stopped working with in a few weeks. I got two and they both stopped working. customer service is rubbish and products are so cheap

I would experience this in every room of my home if a longer cord was provided and it connected directly to a regular outlet. It’s so beautiful & sleek I manage to make it work where I can. I think it’s super sexy!

Bought the fireplace diffuser, novelty was cool at first but it's WAY too difficult to clean to be worth it, even with a stiff brush. Just get a normal diffuser. I use around 3 drops of oil as you can't use much water and it cakes up so quickly. Wash between uses is again, difficult because there's just too many nooks and crannies to access with something sharp and oil is VERY hard to clean. Unable to attach a pic of what I'm talking about, but the build up is not hygienic at all (again, even after attempting to clean)
