We buy Happy Hay every month for our Rabbits and Guinea Pigs and it's always beautiful quality green hay . Customer service is excellent. Great variety of hay too . Lovely stalky Timothy hay for the bunnies and beautiful meadow or orchard hay with yummy seed heads for the piggies . Very happy regular customer

I have been buying Timothy hay for several months and it always arrives promptly and is a lovely green colour with some great spikey stalks which my rabbits love. I think it is very good value for money and I really appreciate being able to buy 15kg at a time.

Have been with Happy Hay Co for around a year, once a month - once every 6 weeks I have a subscription for meadow hay. Used to be on timothy hay but trying meadow to see if it helps with allergies. Both types of hay have been nothing short of superb quality so I'm not sure what the other reviews are about. I switched from another hay company and even my piggies absolutely prefer Happy Hay. The 15kg bale is absolutely huge and lasts me 5-6 weeks with my 5 greedy piggies and I'm generous!
Love Happy Hay, highly recommend them as DPD delivery is provided and it's almost always the next day or 2 days.

I’ve been buying hay from Happy Hay for several years. Price is comparable with other online suppliers and the hay is far superior to the stuff you get in pet stores.
Currently using Timothy hay and Meadow hay. The rabbits love it. Delivery is always very quick as well.

Unfortunately my rabbits didn't like this hay they ate about 30% and left the rest, in addition I found a big lump of brown rock, I emailed the company, it's been four days and they didn’t even bother replying

The crau hay used to be a huge favourite with our chinchillas, the hay sold in 2024 is not great, really tiny pieces, no longer a nice fragrance, big clumps of not nice looking hay! Chins wouldn't eat it and guinea pigs weren't bothered either. It was all wasted sadly.
The 3 tie hay wasn't liked either, so back to my old faithful scottish timothy hay!

Second time ordering timothy hay for our 4 rabbits from this company. Alot better quality and value than the pet shop I have been buying from for years and paying three times as much for lesser quality. It looks green and smells fresh with long strands. All the bunnies like it there has been no fussiness and it arrived the next day and it keeps well stored in the cardboard box it comes in.

Don’t know if I just got a bad batch but my order definitely was not dust free. Every time I picked up handfuls of it I could see the dust floating in the air. Played absolute havoc with my asthma. Won’t be ordering again unfortunately because of this, even through the bunnies loved it.

Reliable, good quality, good value for money. They deliver hay so speedy, I have allergies but their Timothy hay impacts me the least. Been using them for a year or two now and have genuinely made my life easier. They only use good couriers that give you actual time slots, really good brand in general, don’t plan on not ever using them, no need to try and find something better if what you’ve got is already perfect!

Ordered a sample pack and he picked his favourite out. Now have a subscription set up. It’s so easy, arrived super quick, is much easier to store in a box than bags that spill everywhere and the best part is the box can be used for the rabbit to play in afterwards!

Won’t be using the pet shop for hay ever again.

The timothy hay I have bought from The Happy Hay Co is the best hay I’ve bought for our guinea pigs by a million miles.
It looks really fresh, is really soft and there’s not a grain of dust in it. Their cage and the surrounding area stays a lot cleaner as a result which is a great help as they live indoors.
I’m really, really impressed and will subscribe to them the next time I order. Highly recommend above any other!

This is the best hay I’ve bought from anywhere. I switched from Haybox due to the terrible customer service after I received two soaked boxes and all I can say is I’m glad I was forced to switch to this company because the quality is exceptional, my bunnies devour it!
