Happy Hot Tubs Avis 

I have used Happy Hot Tubs in the past to order chemicals and accessories and have found their prices very competitive.
My last order was for a new cover, for which I had to send in measurements online. As a confirmation of some details I received a phone call from the company asking to qualify some of the measurements I had sent. I spoke to Harry, who was happy, cheerful and very helpful. We clarified the measurements and in due course my hot tub cover arrived on the day the company estimated. The cover was well packaged and protected. It was the delivery driver who was less than careful getting the package out of the van!
The cover fitted exactly. It is very well made and a perfect colour match for the tub. Care instructions were included.
Today, I needed to order some more chemicals and accessories online. Unfortunately, the points I had accumulated from previous orders had not been updated. I rang the company and explained that my account had not been updated and I was put through to Harry. As usual, helpful, cheerful and communicative. He sorted out my points discount by talking me through what I needed to do online. Job done, discount applied, order sent.
One of the great things about Happy Hot Tubs is the personal touch. When I phoned, someone answered straight away; not recorded message, no multi-option buttons to press, just a nice respectful voice at the other end. I was put through to Harry straight away and we had a nice chat(as we did last time) and he was excellent. What I also like is that I was treated respectfully as a customer. Both company employees used my surname. None of this 'can I call you ....' as if they were my best mate. Professional customer service make a world of difference to me. Rob provided me with plenty of options when looking for a replacement hot tub. The strobe model matched my expectations and pocket. The delivery and installation team were fantastic and
guided me through all the features of the new tub. An excellent experience all round, customer support and the service team make the dream work.

The expertise at the end of the phone was a godsend and my order arrived very promptly. Really good value for money.

Great experience again with happy hot tubs! Brought a free flow mini 8 years ago and thanks to Rob at the gosport branch we managed to upgrade to a new happy 25. Rob gave us loads of affordable options and even collected our old tub for us within the cost. The delivery team were great and the whole process has been quick and easy.

We live in Guernsey and decided we wanted to get a new hot tub! We had read lots of reviews about Hot springs which we had read were the best you can get. Anyhow as we live in Guernsey there is no longer a Hot Springs dealer so we went to Happy hot tubs who we had used before buying a spa wand vacuum.
We spoke to Rob from Gosport and he has been amazing as were James, Henry and Chris. From the outset once we had paid the deposit the wheels were in motion and they sourced the Tub we wanted and arranged to get it shipped to Poole for us to arrange shipping to Guernsey. Once it arrived I had a call from Chris who talked me through the installation of the freshwater cartridge and wiring and we are up and running!

Great service and communication throughout! My family had purchased a hot tub previously and were also really impressed with the whole service so we knew we would definitely purchase through them, and they’ve been just as great with us! Loving our new tub and would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase one themselves.

Excellent customer service from Ed and Harry. I bought a custom made hot tub cover for my Hotspring Grandee tub.
The process included a number of calls and emails to ensure the dimensions were accurate and the support was professional and friendly throughout.
In addition to the actual cover, they also provided a cover cap for added protection and the end result is very effective and efficient.

Just purchased a replacement custom made cover for my Hot Tub. As always, I received excellent advice from both Ed and Harry from the Online Order Team. Very pleased with the cover and the exemplary customer service.

Amazing service from James and the team , from initial browsing in the showroom , asking loads of questions to delivery and set up of our tub , everything was seamless and everyone so helpful .
Tub delivery arranged for the 29th at 10am , the delivery team (lemmare and krum) arrived bang on time , they spent time explaining the how the delivery will proceed and with great care for the tub from the delivery trailer to the chosen area , removed al packaging , cleaned everything then filled , they then sent time offering expert advice on water care and treatment , again answered questions I had and gave in-depth advice

We now have the perfect year round family area ( more relaxing when the kids have gone to bed )
