I recently booked my Premium Umrah Package through Umer Brother at Haram Travels, and I’m genuinely very happy with the service I received throughout my journey.

I chose Swissotel Makkah for my stay. During the booking, I had simply mentioned to Umer that I really wished to have a Haram View room. However, at that time, the Haram View option was quite expensive, so we booked the room without the view to keep the package within my budget.

But Umer Brother really surprised me! Without charging me anything extra, he upgraded my room to a Haram View. I honestly wasn’t expecting it, and it made me extremely happy. It was a very kind gesture and showed me that he genuinely cared about making my Umrah experience special.

The transport service was also excellent, everything was well organised and smooth. Umer was always available whenever I needed assistance and made the whole process very easy and stress-free.
