Faversham's only dedicated natural dog shop based at Standard Quay. Harley's Place is home to the legendary Stinky Stuff Island, which is packed full of grain free, natural, air dried snacks. We are a rawhide-free zone. All breeds are welcome. There's always fresh water & some treatos available. I am a Canine Nutritionist so if you need help on what food & supplements are best for your dog come in for a chat. The freezers are stocked with Poppy's Picnic, the shelves have Forthglade wet, lightly baked & cold pressed & There's also Arden Grange & James Wellbeloved Kibble. The toy baskets have Kong stuffies alongside Green & Wild Eco Toys. No dog deli would be complete without JR Pet Products Pure ranges.

My old dog loves his Whimzee Veggie Ears which have been in short supply recently but HarleyBearsCocoBites had some in stock and dispatched them quite promptly - phew!

Oh bless his heart- glad we could help. We've added the last few to the site this week. We have got some different ones on order, still veggie, made in the UK, all natural as Whimzee have increased their prices so much we'd have to charge £5 each - its not worth stocking them at that price.

One Happy Fur Baby …
We needed to get our little girl to have coconut oil for her dry skin but she wouldn't have it ,we tried lots of ways but no success, then we found Harley bear and yay your chocolate teddies were a great success! We will be ordering again and recommend your products highly . Thank-you Harley love Tinkerbell xx

The product I bought was buy one get one free I was informed that the free ones were coming in a separate box they never came but they did refund me half what I spent so I ended up in the same position so the customer service is very good and I would order from them again
Thank you for clarifying what happened to the second box. Maybe you should have told me that in the refund email. No note was in the box l received and l was disappointed not angry.
I hope we can put this to bed now.

Hi - thank you for your order & review. After receiving your email in which you stated how disappointed you were with our service, I informed you that your order had been shipped in 2 boxes simply because I didnt have one big enough for everything to fit in. I had put a note in one of the boxes explaining this but one box had been delayed in the postal system. As you seemed quite angry in your original email, I thought it would be less stressful all round to refund half your order so you received the same offer & recall the 2nd parcel. I hope this clarifies the situation for you but you have any questions, please drop me a line ❤️🐾

Moon loves HB products
Moon loves HB products , the stinky pops are a fave. And she had some bunny bums this time for Easter which have gone down a storm.
Great customer service and a real personal touch.
Would highly recommend.

As always excellent dog treats which have made a huge difference over the years to my dog's fur & skin
During the postal strikes another delivery source was used as to not spoil the food items
Every item is always packet carefully
