Excellent care from Harley Street Hearing
Excellent care from Harley Street Hearing. I came away from the first appointment with full knowledge of the mechanics of hearing loss and the available support devices to choose from. After a full diagnosis, at the second appointment I had a fitting and the ongoing service options explained to me fully. The ‘extra mile’ is the overall approach taken to client care - kind, thorough and supportive. Thank you Matt Frost and colleagues!

Absolutely an efficient service
Absolutely an efficient service I received at Harley street. From the reception staff to the mould collecting staff and even payment staff, they were all fantastic. Firstly, the booking experience was smooth and the lady over the phone was very lovely and she took time to explain what may suit me better. The ear mould collecting staff was very nice and made me feel relaxed through the whole process, explaining every detail about the steps he was taking (what’s being done and why). He was done in no time and I felt like I was treated like a valued customer. I was referred to Harley street hearing by someone who’s been there so I definitely will be recommending others too.

Great, professional service
I was very impressed by the service provided by Andreza at Harley Street Hearing. She took the time to understand my particular hearing problems and my experience as a hearing aid user (my current aids were purchased some time ago from another provider). Having tested my hearing, she concluded that re-setting the parameters on my existing aids would improve their performance, which it has. Andreza also explained quite clearly what she was doing and why, and I got the real sense that she was looking to fine tune the aids to meet my particular needs as opposed to simply using the manufacturer’s standard settings.
While I will replace my current aids in time, I did not feel under any pressure to do so now through HSH. A very good experience and I will certainly use HSH again.

Very professional and welcoming service…
Very professional and welcoming service from initial point of contact till my new Lyrics were installed. The hearing tests were very thorough and much more than just the simple “beep” test. The price of the lyrics was the lowest I’ve seen despite the top quality service.
