Very nice blinds really pleased
Very nice blinds really pleased, only one issue the guy who measured up asked which side I would like the cord pulleys on each blind (7) and the poor fitter had to swap them all over ,,,as they were not as I asked…fitter was amicable and swapped them over as required.

Harmony’s Blinds were outstanding at every stage of our blind and fitter fitting. Neil who came to measure up was lovely and we were given a huge amount of choice over fabrics and shutter materials. The team were so helpful in their advice.
The fitting went perfectly, very smooth and quick. I was very impressed! I’d definitely recommend them.

The fitter let me know 30 minutes before that he was on the way. Professional and friendly after arriving on time, fitted the blinds, tidied up and left. He gave me after care instructions- no problem - would recommend to family and friends.

Poor Customer Service
I'm rather shocked to see so many positive reviews. (Although Google reviews show less impressive results). I contacted the company about having an awning installed, but they couldn't be bothered to reply to me. What a way to treat a potential customer. If that is how they treat people who are trying to put custom their way, one wonders how disinterested they'd be in the event of a problem, knowing they have already the money in the bank. I think it is a terrible sign when companies do not reply, so one to avoid I think.

My experience of using Harmony blinds was exceptional. They provided an extremely competitive quote and fitted the blinds within the advised timeframe. And most important the blinds look incredible !

Harmony Blinds Bristol are our go to…
Harmony Blinds Bristol are our go to for the blinds in our house (and previous homes) and when we found out that they also sold and installed awnings, they were our first port of call.
There was a wide range of fabrics and fixtures and we were able to choose the width and depth of the canopy to suit our needs. The price was also very agreeable.
The guys came out and did a great job. They took time to explain how to operate it and made sure we were happy before they left.
We are really pleased with the service and products from Harmony Blinds Bristol and nothing is ever too much trouble.
