Prompt response to query. Neil arrived to service my boiler & is returning at a future date to inspect & locate a sporadic leak on shower.

Harnce changed a large radiator for me. Advised on best size to heat the room. Work was completed promptly, price was as quoted, friendly team with really good communication around scheduling the job. Had them back a couple of weeks later to give the boiler a service. Very pleased with both jobs.

I have just had an outside leak fixed on a pipe leading from the bathroom sink. Harnce kept me posted each step of the way from booking the original appointment to informing me when the plumber would arrive and his name.
His work was near and tidy and explained what had been the problem.
