This store is a scam
This store is a scam. I tried to return a defective item, and they said they would issue a full refund without me having to return the product. It has now been over four weeks and I have still not received a refund. They continue to give me the runaround and random excuses for why they cannot issue the refund. I will not purchase anything else from them, nor do I recommend their products for others. Scam store at its finest.

I love the foldable toddler tower
I love the foldable toddler tower, the black and natural wood aesthetic was hard to find in other companies. I also love that it came with grippy stickers. The reason I gave it 3 stars it because after I adjust the step to the highest level the tower no longer folds. I also purchased the safety mat to add, it can’t be used for the foldable version because the sides slant inward, making the opening where the child stands about 6 inches in width. I’ll prob sell or throw the mat away. Overall I do recommend but probably would have bought the non-foldable tower if I was aware of the 2 issues.

Hi there, thank you so much for sharing your feedback. May I ask how old your little one is? We’ve also noticed the safety mat issue and are planning to adjust the recommended age range for the foldable version. The reason the tower doesn’t fold when the step is set to the highest level is for safety, as it locks in place to stay stable. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, since it needs to be adjusted manually to fold again. Both versions are great in their own ways, the foldable one saves space when stored in a corner or closet, while the non-foldable version fits better under most counters.
Would not recommend
Customer service was excellent, however I wouldn't recommend the product. Incorrect parts were sent with the order (playpen). After sending pictures of the pen, the batch number and a picture of the instruction manual we were sent new parts and a new door for the playpen. Unfortunately, those were not compatible with the product we ordered and the playpen was not functional or safe to use. We were issued a prompt refund.

Good quality
Firstly they shipped super quickly. I was truly impressed how fast it got to my house which was great since my daughter started crawling so much so quickly. It was super easy to put together. The design is nice and looks nice.

The box arrived very damaged in…
The box arrived very damaged in multiple spots, luckily the product wasn’t damaged. I thought the instructions could’ve had more detail on adjusted the platform height but we figured it out.

we love the wagon… but the pull lever…
we love the wagon… but the pull lever doesn’t stay clipped onto the wagon. the screw that came with the wagon to put the little arm that holds the pull lever falls off constantly and makes it hard to use as the pull lever drags then it seems like the hole is faulty because we’ve tried fixing it multiple times with the screw it came with and we even tried to replace the screw to see if that was the issue but the hole doesn’t seem to grab any screw at all. it’s really frustrating.
