Could not recommend Harris&Co more! I have used this company previously when selling a property and due to the great service and experience i had the first time around, I am now using them as my agents to rent out a property. As a first time landlord the whole experience was quite daunting, understanding what I needed to do and what must be done for me to get the property on the rental market as this was just not something I have had experience with and honestly I didn’t know where to start. From the first enquiry, my mind was at ease and everything was explained to me in detail and in a way I understood. The agents took time to make sure I knew exactly what the process was and the timescales and details involved. When it came to finding a tenant, they were fabulous. They listened to my requests and handled all the viewing with no issues, always on time and professional. Harris&Co have taken all the stress away and the process could not be easier. As a renter I am a bit concerned we are pushed aside a little bit with communication there seems to be a decorum of Chinese whispers and miss communication and cooperation within this family run business Which is a shame for a firm that’s established themselves for this long
