Our washing machine died the day before our holiday!
On return we went into the Clitheroe branch having done our research. They were so so helpful. We were wanting a particular program on the washing machine & couldn't find mention of it in the manual. The manager even downloaded the manual onto his phone & emailed it to us.
They took the machine off the display & plugged it in to search through programs. Unfortunately, it didn't have what we wanted but had programs we hadn't considered. Washing machine bought, delivered, installed & old machine taken away.

Called into Harry Garlick's Padiham store with my Mum, who had a stroke and struggles with speech, the manager of the store was lovely, listened to her requirements and took time to listen, explain and sort the things she required, (very reasonable prices too). Her purchases have arrived today and were installed by two lovely gentlemen, who went above and beyond, sorting out an issue in her kitchen for her, thank you all so much, it is greatly appreciated, will be coming back to you again!

I needed a new tumble dryer ASAP as ours had broken.. I contacted Harry Garlicks to see what they could offer (Friday lunchtime), by Saturday lunchtime I had a brand new tumble dryer and the one I wanted at my home. Delivered by 9am too! Amazing service, thankyou so much for your help and 5* service! Shop local! :)

Went into the Clitheroe store looking for a fridge freezer and came out with a TV! We did actually want to upgrade our TV anyway, however there was no hard sell.
We got a great deal but the sound on the TV kept cutting out for a fraction of a second every so often. No problem for the staff, they got our aerial checked which was OK, sent someone to do a factory reset and then lent us 2 different makes of TV to check if the problem was with the TV.
Turned out it was that particular make of TV but we are so happy with the picture that we have stuck with it.
We can not rate the service highly enough and will definitely be back to buy our fridge freezer.

I have previously been into the Clitheroe shop for a new Panasonic remote for my TV. The gentleman cleaned the original one for me and said it may be OK for a short while. which it was. I've visited the shop today to order a new remote and received great service with a replacement. Thankyou

Called in today with problems with tv remote and the guy went out of his way to disassemble it and fix it rather than sell me a new one demonstrating both expertise and customer service.

Bought a TV from Padiham. Polite and helpful staff. No hard sell, which I like. Shown all the telly's in the shop. Knowledgeable staff. Have used the shop before, will use again. Installation charge £40.
Bit of a faff registering the 5 year guarantee on line when TV was in my home.

Ordered a washer from the Clitheroe store. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered today. Great advice, excellent service from Lee and Martin who fit it in. 10 out of 10 all round. Well done Garlicks

Having used HarryGarlick on several occasions over the last 35years ago and keen to discus the purchase of a new 50" Samsung OLED TV I made contact with James from the Barnoldswick branch and we obtained a good purchase price aranging for delivery and instalation a few days later.
The instalation team arrived on time and quickly undertook the removal of our old 40"Samsung and installed the new 50" smart TV and other peripherals
They were done and dusted in double quick time and removed all the small elements of packaging and other bits.
Folowing the instalation on several occasions I needed to contact the staff of the "Barlick"branch. On each occasaion the staff were very helpfull.
Overall I give top marks for price, service, instalation, helpfullness and quick response to all my questions.
Even better service than the late 80 and 20s. Indeed exceptional service is the phrase that springs to mind

Went in to buy a Samsung TV at the clitheroe store, I already knew which model I wanted and they were able to quickly search it up and see if any of their stores had one, luckily there was 1 available and was a lot cheaper than buying directly from Samsung. Site check and installation was booked for the next week and both visits were quick and professional and they were able to wall mount the TV with no issues.

I've been regular customer of Harry Garlick for over 25 years. Their service has always been exemplary. They are always responsive to their customers, generous, courteous, helpful and everything is on time. Their goods are of quality and not at all expensive. A great local family business.

I was given fabulous advice on choosing a fridge/ freezer for use in my garage. And then the delivery was fast and the delivery men were very helpful.

From first contact with Andy in the Clitheroe shop the service has been excellent. Andy patiently explained the difference between the TV options and gave us time to consider the different TV specifications with no pressure. We wanted a wall mounted TV so two very friendly chaps were sent out to survey and then advised what I needed to do to ensure the wall mounting was successful. The same chaps came back a week later and mounted it on the wall and showed me how to use the new TV. Overall I am totally happy with every aspect of the service provided and the prices are competitive. Thanks all

I have purchased fridge freezer and a tumble dryer . I always when possible buy local . I ordered a new washing machine from Harry Garlick . The machine arrived on time with \Lee and Martin , who plumbed the machine in . I have problems with my eyesight and asked Lee and Martin if they would be kind enough to explain about how the washer worked . They were superb , when they left I felt comfortable about operating the washer . Thanks Lee and Martin , will recommend Harry Garlick to my family and friends

Both staff at the Padiham store were knowledgable, helpful and kind whilst allowing us time and space to decide what we wanted to buy. The prices seem to be competitive and I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone rather than an impersonal large store.

The guys in the Clitheroe store really took their time to recommend a smart TV and let me compare picture and sound qualities. Free delivery and price matched with the biggest media retailer.

I wanted to upgrade my current tv and Paul spent some time explaining what was available. There was no heavy selling and I found what I wanted. Delivery was arranged and I received a phone call shortly before they arrived to confirm.
The two delivery men where very pleasant (even took their shoes off) .
