Absolutely awful service. Beware that they won't take responsibility if your machine is faulty. They're quite happy to refuse their customers' their consumer rights. Avoid at all costs!

We pride ourselves on excellent service, and expert advice, making the purchasing process a joy. Specialising in, LED and OLED TV, we also sell everything for the home including Cookers, Ovens, Washers, Dryers, Dishwashers, Hi Fi, and pretty much anything with a plug on!

Benefits of using and supporting your local stores
We have used the Clitheroe branch on a couple of occasions now and I have to say they match the price of any of these big companies but what the big companies do not give you is the personal 1-1 advice.

Ordered an Aeg washer/ dryer combo from the Skipton branch and delivered it to my address in Manchester as soon as it was in stock. Excellent service, really happy with the product. Calvin was very helpful and accommodating throughout.

I've been dealing with Iain the manager…
I've been dealing with Iain the manager at the Barlick shop for years and before that when he worked at Burnley. I have always got a fair deal with impartial advice. This time I got a Sony OLED from him, having finally decided to retire my Panasonic plasma! It's a great picture and Iain really tempted me with a demo of a football match. The installers know their stuff and are always at hand to guide us through a new purchase which is handy, with the more and more baffling technology these days!!! I would high recommend them and like to support local businesses instead of these big corporations that only want your money!

Had my TV fitted on the wall yesterday. Good communication from start to finish. My only gripe was the wiring and the way it was left which tbf they quickLy sorted with a return visit. I would highly recommend these guys for customer service.

Poor service
I bought a cooker from the Skipton store. There was a difficulty with the installation and the staff were unhelpful and patronising. A complaint to the customer service department resulted only in a response that declined responsibility for the problems and made no real apology for failings in the service.
