They claim to be from UK, but the packaging is from USA but it is shipped from Hong Kong, I have screenshots to prove all of it. I reported them to the FTC for unfair trade practices

Too greasy want to return

So far, so good. Have been using 10 days and skin feels hydrated and stable.

Only need a small amount, lovely smell and my skin felt amazing so soft and hydrated would definitely recommend

Not from uk, different brand. Took longer than expected as it didn't come from uk like I said and no-one to speak to. Do not buy. Scam!!

Delivery took about 2 weeks which was longer than I’d like but my email asking what was happening was answered quickly by Marco with an explanation that they only make small batches at a time.

I got exactly what I ordered and have been using a small amount twice a day with surprisingly good results already.

Slow to arrive but worth the wait.
My skin feels amazing and I’m a face cream addict! I will be buying again and friends have already ordered! 🤗

Timely delivery, great product

I ordered as it stated made in Uk. It clearly isn’t, I want a refund as I don’t want to put this on my skin! That’s of course if it ever arrives. Total scam. I’ve sent emails and had no reply.

I ordered a British grown/made.Product. Harvest and Hive.
What I got was an American product Terra Lotus.
I've sent so many emails and nothing!!!
I am now taking steps to report to trading standard (UK) and FBI (USA) for fraudulent transactions
It's so annoying, you want to buy home.grown products from local family companies. But you get scammed.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

I made my order over a week ago and still haven't received the balms. I have email them regarding my order but I just received a generic automated email back. I have a funny feeling this is a scam

This is not made in the UK, you can buy it on Temu!! Chinese rubbish

Whilst I got a refund, I paid for the postage for the return and they kept the postage for sending out the cheap product… reported the page also

I ordered the Tallow creams on a offer they were doing. I ordered them om the 15th January 2026& stilll not arrived. Eventually a Marco replied and was consistent until the 30th Jan and said he was investigating with the courier company, where the creams were. Than absolutely nothing even with a fairly harsh email. I was a new customer to Harvest & Hive and was sooo exited to try the creams. One of them was a present aswell, no apologies that they were for a present. Just said sorry for inconvenience. I don't know where else to go from here?as they don't appear to have a telphone number to ring ?。
I have always give lovely reviews on products and honest reviews 😊 buy definitely not with this product. I just hope they either get back in touch with be promptly with a date when I will receive them or a refund.

Very nice product the time it took to get to me was quick and the cream is lovely on my skin especially as I worry about products that you don't know what's in them so this is as natural as it can be very happy

I really love this product. It does everything it promised to!! My skin is in such good condition now. Well packaged also!

Product delivered, although slow delivery.
Sadly experienced a skin reaction to the product, but happy to accept that this could just be unique to me.
That said, attempting to claim a refund via their money back guarantee has been poor.
It took three attempts before they contacted me back. In the end I received a corrupted and unsatisfactory email containing two different individual names, with merely an address without return reference or instructions.
I completed their requested feedback including my order reference asking for contact but they have failed to do so.

I ordered the beef tallow because a friend recommended it. Now, I use it in the evenings if I remember, but every morning I put a very light amount under my eyes, my jawls, and under my neck (I’m 54 yrs old).

Lovely product smells really good. Too early to tell if any change in skin. Delivery took longer than was expected but this was explained via e mail which was appreciated .

Fantastic product with instant results. Would recommend to anyone, will be getting more.

I ordered about a month ago. Smells divine & absorbs well into my skin. I can definitely see an improvement, skin hydrated & looks healthy again. Amazing value for money.
