Krishna at Blanchardstown was so helpful and knowledgeable. We came in a few months ago and were not ready to buy but we never felt pressure to buy even after he spent time with us so we came back a few months later specifically to Krishna to get the mattresses. We bought two sofas on sale from them
Faulty or badly made sofas .bought two sofas on sale from them. Though it was a great deal, sadly, we are unimpressed. The springs in the sofa is faulty after 2 weeks sitting in it

Customer service very poor
Customer service very poor, promising to call back without calling back. Product that was supposed to take one week took 3 weeks.
Went to the shop and spoke with an agent and he was ridiculously rude. The experience was horrible

Product packaging had been previously opened
I ordered a product online and collected in store which was given to me in a bag all packaged up. When I got home I found that the box packaging had been previously opened as the security seals had been removed. I tried the product and thankfully it worked but the fact that the product had already been opened was not positive. I felt it was sneaky giving me a previously opened package without saying that to me at collection.
