The item was ready and there was no queue
I ordered Click and Collect. It was simple. I got an email saying the item was ready less than 12 hours from ordering. I went to the store and it was ready for me. No queuing, no hassle.

Long wait at the click and collect area only to be told we had to go to a different area that wasn’t signposted as being for click and collect - it was just a random worker standing by electrical equipment

You do not need to ever buy from here
Went to Harvey Norman Little Island today to collect a click and collect order. Left standing there for over 10 mins, had to chase down twice anyone to help me, Manager walked passed the area multiple times did not acknowledge myself or the others waiting, after that sent to a different area to wait even longer to collect my items. It was so obvious no commission no customer service.

Great experience and great value.
The salesperson was highly professional and provided clear, helpful information throughout the process. The new oven was delivered right on schedule, with plenty of advance notice. The installer did an excellent job — efficient, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with.

I placed my order only to get NOTHING
I placed my order only to get a delivery notice from DPD to let me know Harvey Norman in little island had delivered my parcel. NOT to my address in Carlow but to an address in CORK.
The address had been input incorrectly and I have called every day since requesting updates to which I’m basically told it’s fine it’ll be with you. And it has yet to arrive or have I to have a phone call with an update that I have not initiated myself.
I understand accidents happen but the €1000 camera was required for a work project it was shipped and delivered to the wrong address the least I would expect would be for them to dispatch the camera again whilst they deal with trying to get the camera back from the incorrect address they shipped it to not make me wait for them to try retrieve the camera whilst giving absolutely no update.
Extremely disappointed and still have not received my camera or an update as to if it was collected from the wrong address or if it will be getting to me at all.

Ordered the phone at a great price - received the ready to collect email - went in-store direct to tech dept - collected my phone - no issues whatsoever.

I had very bad experience with Harvey…
I had very bad experience with Harvey Norman. I ordered number of furniture pieces including sofa and kitchen table. Sofa was assembled by employees of Harvey Norman and they left it damaged claiming that it was like that in production and that they didn't damage it. It took quite some time to get someone to fix sofa.
Kitchen table was assembled by employees of Harvey Norman and after few months top part of table started being loose and I contacted customer service. They said they will send someone to take a look. This was in August 2024 and person came to my house in October, took a look at the table and said not possible to fix it and they will write report to suggested replace. After few days I called Harvey Norman and asked about this and customer service told me that person who was sent to fix the table wrote in their report that I assembled myself kitchen table and moved the house so I separated all pieces and assembled it again in new house myself and because of that they can't take responsibility. I was in shock!! Absolutely terrible company to deal with! Avoid if you want to be free of headaches!
