Excellent service from Nathan.
Purchased a television in Harvey Norman in Sligo. We were looked after by Nathan. We found him very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful . Made our decision on which one to purchase very easy. He also gave us a follow up phonecall to check we were happy with the TV. Nathan is very good at his job and a big asset to Harvey Norman.

Delivered on time, but damaged - unit is working though, so I will hold onto it instead of going through the hassle of returning it (for now)

I had problems with a chest freezer
I had problems with a chest freezer. I called to Harvey Norman store in Sligo. Got speaking to Jonathon Faney .Assistant store manager. I must say he listened to my problem was so helpful . He got back to me very quickly. And sorted everything . I was very happy with the service. I will shop there again.

UPDATED Left to unpack a huge fridge freezer on my own
I bought a huge fridge-freezer and paid €50 for delivery. The guys delivered it in the kitchen and didn't unpack it, of course with all the plastic and Styrofoam. How am I as a 6'3'' woman supposed to get this thing off the huge bottom sheet of Styrofoam? This was absolutely ridiculous.
UPDATE: I contacted customer service and within less than 24hrs I was contacted by email, shortly afterwards by phone. I was absolutely surprised how helpful and supportive customer service was. Really appreciated!

If you try to order something online and that's (according the website) available to pick up after the ordering. Just comming the message back
"Really sorry you can't pick it up today, just after 3 days"
Third time happened at me.
After when I mentioned my story for the staff I haven't see any positiv reaction.
100% I will not order anymore from the Harvey Norman.
