I go to Steve not because I have loads of money and can afford the luxury, I go to Steve’s practice because it is essential to my survival and the management of my very difficult chronic rheumatoid arthritis. Steve has been a huge support and advocate for my health, all of my appointments and thorough and above satisfactory. Steve is happy and pleasant and Has my best interests truly at heart.

So… this is what it feels like to actually be able to spend time with a doctor and not be rushed or silenced. I experienced amazing service today! For the first time in a long time I felt like I was being listened to.

Dr Coogan gave me a very clear and comprehensive explanation of the results of my recent health check. This both removed my concerns where they were inappropriate and helped me to identify what I need to do to live a healthier life. At last I felt that I was being supported by a true Health Service rather than the NHS "Illness Service".

excellent service. my wife had a severe problem both mentally and physically. It was sorted out after along consultation (not the usual five minuets as with our nhs gp, but a good two hours)

It's always a really helpful experience, there's time to talk things through and for explanations etc. of issues. Very friendly and you have that feeling that all at the Clinic do really care for and care about their patients and have time for them.

I have been a member of the Harvey Rhys Clinic for over a year now and can honestly say it’s money well spent and has been an excellent decision for me and my family. The service I’ve received, during every telephone conversation, every GP appointment and every follow up has been nothing short of fantastic. I’ve been able to choose what aspects of my health to deal with privately and which ones to leave to the nhs. It’s brilliant being able to take much more control of my families health. Investigating things that concern us and receiving a quick and extremely thorough discussion with a very highly qualified, interested GP gives me, my partner and our children give peace of mind. I will always praise the nhs highly. They do what they do excellently but are under resourced. The service from Harvey Rhys is very different to what I get through my nhs GP. Lengthy, very thorough appointments. Real concern and attentiveness is shown. You’re definitely not just a number. You’re a well cared for member. Thanks for everything you do guys!
