No longer about the patients, and all about the money.

Carers are treated as though we are not the back bone of the company and the owner is unprofessional and offensive about staff and patients.

It is sad as the care for patients is very good, the carers and nurses all love the patients. It's the management that lets the company down.

A superb company to work for. They truly invest in you.
One of the rare companies that actually take the views and feelings of their employees in to account and stride to make there workforce as happy as they can be, knowing that will help their workforce provide the best standard of care possible.

As a carer for HASC and having spent many years in the care industry from local authority care homes, private homes and care at home companies it is refreshing to finally work somewhere who truly has the clients needs at the forefront of all they do. They truly offer person centred care and the treatment I have experienced from a staffing level has been second to non, plenty of support and lots of training offered.

I have worked with HASCS for just over 1 year and the team are great. As we work with complex care, its great the way the company match the carer and service user together to build that better and lasting relationship. Its not a numbers company where one size fits all, but a quality first company. Everyone in the company from the Directors down are so approachable, friendly and helpful and even allow yourself to have input on ideas or changes to make that persons care even better

I have worked as carer for several years now and have worked within various different care settings both community based and care homes.
All of these places face a multitude of difficulties when trying to meet the needs of their clients but HASC has tried to ensure they not only meet the basic needs of their clients but much more besides.
It is refreshing to work for a company that truly allows you to care for the clients and doesn't just make them another number.
I have enjoyed every moment working for them and look forward to many more.

HASCs is a fantastic and really reliable company. They are very approachable if you have any problems and really make an effort to get to know you personally. It is clear that they have the client’s best interests in the centre of everything they do. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have worked In care and support for over 20 years and never have I come across a company that works in the same ways that I have for many of years, person centred approach and client is priory.....I have worked for scope, the disabilities trust, both nationwide reputable company’s???? but they don’t do what they say on the tin.
They have there mission statements but never carry them out.

Within the 3 months I have been with HASCS these values that I hold, have echoed through all the clients and team members I have worked with.
HASCS appear to employ the best of the best as all team members so far live and breath the same ethos as I.

Not only that I have been recognised by the CEO of the company Riza, through feed back from staff and clients.

Riza only came to visit me to tell me face to face what the company feel about me and how grateful they are (shining star)
If you read this Riza, that meant a lot to me.....you are so hands on.

Any other company the CEO walks round like god and there understudy’s run around like no ones business trying to correct everything that’s wrong.

CQC could visit us at anytime and no one would batter an eyelid, because we know we are within the boundaries of legislation without having to check and correct.

HASCS is the best company I have worked for thus far and everything they do is amazing.
