HasData are has beens, expensive!
I have used HasData and cannot recommend. The product is subpar and EXPENSIVE. Save your money and hunt around for something more affordable. See other reviews and reddit posts that backup my claims.

We can find no registered user account associated with your details in our system.
For community transparency: your review was completely rewritten. The original was an unrelated, false accusation. It was changed after we reported it.
We then used Trustpilot's official tool to ask you to verify your experience. You failed to provide any information.
Based on these facts, we must conclude this review is not genuine.
Initial impression is good
so far it has gone pretty well. we had a few issues early on but they seem to be addressed. Hoping we can see hasdata continue to keep up with the technology. we are just starting to try parallelism, hoping that goes well. May need some advise on the best way to optimize the model.

Decent Product Horrible Customer Service
We were using them in production, Their whole API was down for atleast 12-16 hours. Which is fine but their CS didn't even bothered to reply our constant messages.
Absolutely 0 communication, Even no warning email was send when the API was down, we got to know from our customers
We got a respond after 6-7 hours that said, The API is live, No explanation.
Our team downgraded the plan, We will keep using this for development but can't trust them for Production use cases,

The service is good
The service is good, and the price is good. However, some things aren't clear. For example, the website says it charges 3 credits per row of scraping results. However, in the final result, this can increase significantly, charging up to 15-20 per row. Support is slow to respond. They need to improve the interface to better manage scraping data. Currently, you only see an ID. You can't assign a name to each process, nor can you delete it, which should be very basic.

After looking into your specific case, our team found the reason for the credit discrepancy. The issue arises when using multiple custom locations that are very close to each other. In these situations, Google often returns duplicate results across those locations.
Our system scrapes all of these results to ensure complete data capture (which consumes credits), but then we automatically de-duplicate the final list so you only receive unique rows. This is why the final row count can be lower than the number of credits charged.
For more predictable pricing, we highly recommend using our predefined locations and categories, as this will avoid the Google duplicate issue and keep your cost much closer to the 3-credit baseline.
Regarding process management, you can currently see all of a project's settings, including the queries you used, by hovering your cursor over the project ID.
However, we agree that the ability to rename and delete processes would be a great improvement. We appreciate the suggestions and will look into adding these features for better usability. Thanks again for helping us improve!

Not suitable for Google Maps scraping
Some features are decent, but for my purpose (scraping Google Maps), the tool is very poor. When targeting an entire country, it runs searches in tiny towns where the results don’t exist, and then gives completely unrelated results. I searched for dog trainers and got beauty salons, kids’ camps, and golf clubs — totally unusable. Support replies quickly but refused a refund (even though I only used 25% of the credit), which feels unfair, especially since the credits for testing are very limited and you’re basically forced to subscribe to really try it.

We understand your frustration. When scraping by country, we search all locations Google provides, including small towns, and display results exactly as shown on Google Maps without filtering. Irrelevant results can sometimes appear there, and we reflect that.
Scraping an entire country is optional. You can easily select specific cities or list custom locations to target your search better.
Regarding the refund, you ran multiple tasks before raising this issue on the last one. While we can't offer a full refund, we are willing to compensate credits for the irrelevant results you received in that specific task.
