I booked the Fit to Fly PCR test couple of weeks ago and when I checked it with the COVID-19 testing requirement for my destination country it was not needed. Silly me, I should have checked this before this booking. Hasudiagnostics have been very accommodating and understood my requirement and they were able to cancel my test which I appreciate greatly.
I have been using Hasudiagnostics since the beginning of the pandemic for travel purposes and they been great. They have a very responsive communication system both by phone and online. Once, test is done, they have given me the results/certificate within 24 hours which is an excellent service. Their service is very cost effective and one of the lower end prices which is an extra help. I have recommended to many friends to use their services as I admire their quality of service greatly.

This is the best covid-19 diagnostic lab! Having scoured the internet trying to find a reliable, rapid and affordable RT-PCR test, I came across this site. Their lab is based in Slough and they have several pick up/drop off points. As I had to get my results within a few hours to avoid missing my flight, I dropped the sample at the Slough lab and received my results within 2 hours.
Customer service was brilliant - every email query I had was addressed with a reply within an hour.
I would thoroughly recommend this lab.

HasuDiagnostics is definitely the most affordable and quickest PCR I've had, I posted my test on Saturday and received it on Monday. I called up the staff and they were super friendly and nice and reassured me loads. Will be using them in the future :)

I was amazed by their high working efficiency!
Since I am not fully vaccinated, so, I need to book and pay for a COVID-19 PCR test that needs to be taken after my arrival in England.
But I am not sure if the Day 2 testing is suitable for me. Because the price is really low, the service with the same price from other providers is not suitable for the people out of the UK. So, I try to write an email to confirm this issue, and I got a reply within 2 minutes. It's really amazing!

Very affordable reasonable testing for travellers who need authorised official health practitioner supervised test.

The gentlemen who supervised me was polite, helpful, courteous and clear about the procedure and next steps. Easy to access their medical clinic very close to London CBD. Multiple methods of public and private transport to there. Close to Heathrow International Airport too so very convenient and all round pleasant provider. Thank you Hasu and would recommend to any traveller or worker needing testing. Results came back securely within 45 mins after test (rapid antigen).

Hi. I this morning was a little distressed as i am 68yo and trying to complete a customer locator form. My order no. For the day 2 test could not be recognised.

I had bought the wrong package. I phoned in a panic and spoke to Mukesh who calmed me down and went through what i had to do in ‘ layman's’ terms.

I got the right package and got a refund for the incorrect one. Being a pensioner i was very grateful. Mukesh was very very helpful. Thank you.
