Very tasty rum!
It may have taken a little longer than anticipated for the order to arrive, but the wait was worth it. The Egremont rum that i ordered is absolutely lovely - both neat and with a mixer!

The order process was straight forward…
The order process was straight forward but then there was no real tracking capability and eventually when it was delivered , it ended up at a neighbours house due to an error on the address label. However, my communication with the company was very responsive from their side and they apologised and said they would feed it back to their teams.

Upon dispatch you will have received tracking information and a tracking link via email and you will have also received a tracking link via text message to the mobile number provided. We have raised the issue of the incorrect house number internally as promised and we apologise for the human error that occurred when looking up your address via the postcode.

Fantastic rum and great company
I was lucky enough to win a selection of Hattiers Rum recently and although we are quite new to drinking rum, I can definitely say we have not been disappointed. These are lovely smooth rums, great for sipping neat with ice and in cocktails, we love the Devon Storm, very refreshing!! Great that they are a BCorp company and I have to give praise for their quick delivery and excellent communication and customer service. Thank you Hattiers!!!
