Let me start by saying I'm in love with my sink. Havens created me a custom farmhouse sink made from copper, and I'm very impressed with the level of quality and service I received. From the start, I worked with Olivia and she was very informative and knowledgeable. Who would have known there was so much to know about a sink...
I was trying to decide between stainless steel and copper, and had a hard time deciding. Havens was nice enough to offer to send me free samples, and they came in 3 days. That was when I knew this was THE company to work with. It is always a bit intimidating making a large purchase online, but they really eased all of my concerns.
After ordering the sink, I received a set of drawings for my approval. This made it SO EASY. My contractor made a small change, and we sent to Havens. I got the new draft back the same day with the change. It looked PERFECT. We approved it and wham - we were in there shop for fabrication.
During fabrication, they communicated very well. I received a photo of my sink when it was being welded, great touch! It is so cool to see how they do it. Shortly after that, my sink was ready for shipping, a full week ahead of the original lead time they provided. It took about 3 days to get to my home. Once it arrived, I was AMAZED!! Incredible. Thank you so much Havens for a exceptional experience.
Very disappointed. Upon receiving and installing, the sink did not drain, water ponded causing water stains. After sending photos I was advised that they were very sorry and when I requested my money back they said they could not do that but they would make a drying rack for the bottom of the sink so I would not see the water stains, unfortunately the drying rack left water spots as well and because the sink did not drain I have to take drying rack out to clean underneath. The reason for my critical review is because Havens / Luxury Metals does not stand behind their work.

Ronny, thanks for your review. However this is not the accurate story. When you installed the sink, you sent photos of a small area near the drain where water was pooling. This is due to the plumbing disposal unit pressing up on the sink. We have seen this before, and it is an easy fix, It simply needed to be adjusted. We explained a solution to the issue and even offered a generous partial refund for the inconvenience. You demanded that we refund you in full, and also keep the sink. That is completely unreasonable from any standard.
After all of that, we offered to make you a basin grate accessory, at a value of $500. You agreed and said that would be great. Just because we didn't agree to your demands is no reason to write a false review. We stand behind our work 100% of the time.
I LOVE our new copper sink. Havens was easy to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely purchase from them again.
