They are chinese, things have to be returned to China, the clothes are vile. DO NOT USE HAYRIDGE CLOTHING

Do not buy from this company!! The website looks good. But it stops there. Initial contact with support to change the size of dress I had just ordered was very helpful & prompt. BUT! Quality of the dress was terrible , so disappointed and then when I asked for a refund I was told they couldn’t help me at this time

Unfortunately, my experience with Hayridge was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a jacket and, after receiving it, contacted the company within the return period to request the correct return instructions. My email went unanswered, and the company later admitted that my enquiry had “fallen through the cracks.”

As I received no response, I returned the jacket using the only return address provided on the parcel. Australia Post tracking confirms the parcel was delivered.

Hayridge later advised that the address on the shipping label was their supplier’s dispatch address rather than their returns facility and refused to provide a full refund, offering only a 30% refund instead. I asked whether they had contacted their supplier to locate the parcel, but after my final email I received no further response.

I understand businesses have return policies, but I don’t believe this situation was handled fairly. I made every effort to follow the correct process, yet I was left significantly out of pocket because my original request for return instructions was missed.

Sadly, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience.
I’ve lodged a complaint with the ACC so hopefully I can get a full refund 🙏

Bought a jacket from Hayridge. Has taken a long time to arrive and they debited my credit card quickly, way before my jacket finally arrived today. Apparently by air from Sydney to Perth.

This Australian company should be thoroughly ashamed of itself and I warn others NOT to deal with this company.

Not least for how it describes its goods as elevated. I should have read this site before buying. The quality is poor. I’d get HEAPS better quality and value at Kmart or Target.

It feels like a scam. My jacket has no labels other than the size. No brand nor where it’s made or what it’s made of and importantly no care instructions. Shocking. It’s a legal requirement in Australia for garments to have care labels.

I have been dealing with them to return the jacket and get a refund. They want to charge me $40 (apparently it’s in the T’s abd C’s not upfront) but that should not apply when the goods are substandard and don’t comply with the law. The other option offered was to keep the jacket and get a 10% refund!

With such a weird approach I am glad I purchased through Shop so at least they don’t have my credit card details to keep safe 😅

As I told them I definitely will not be shopping with them again and I will warn others not to do so.

Women Winter Wedding Dress - Embroidered sheer A-line midi. As Hayridge is an Australian company, I thought I can trust it. It was a mistake. I was expecting to get a dress exactly matching the description (Embroidered sheer overlay). What I received in the mail was nothing like that. The quality was so poor, there was no overlay or embroidery.

WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Total scammers.

Bought a jacket from Hayridge who are supposedly located in NSW. Jacket sent from China was nothing like the one I ordered very cheap, low quality. I Asked to return it and was told I had to pay $40 postage to return a $109 jacket.

Stay away from this company they take photos of clothing from other websites to get you in like myself. When my delivery arrived it was nothing like what I ordered . The material was cheap something you would get off Temu. There’s more they take so long to get back to you when it comes time to return turns out you need to return the unwanted pieces of fabric overseas. What a scam very disappointing experience I would not rate them.

The worst quality, great communication prior to purchase. After delivery they ghost you. The worst quality garment I have received in a very long time and packaged poorly from China. This company is a scam.

The company is based in Melbourne, but the size L (Large) that I ordered came from Swaziland (labelled L) after several weeks. It would be a suitable fit for a regular 10 or 12 year old. Pathetic. I will never buy from them again.
