No refund - offered 10% even though the shoes do not fit, but it has never been received. Apparently too hard to return - just the biggest scam going. Run, don't walk away from this company. Nothing to do with Gold Coast or the people featured. Blatant misadvertising

One star is too much for Hazel and Victoria shoes. The shoes are rubbish and not what the website indicates . Synthetic and not leather and the thinnest plastic soles No return as too hard to do and expensive … their words .10% then 20% refund offered ,but no refund received .
Very disappointing ………. Please do no order from this company .

SCAMMERS. They say they are based in Queensland but they are shipping from an international country. Please do not purchase from this company, they are not legit.

It’s a scam. Wish I’d known before I fell for it. The $80 dress on sale is cheap and nasty from china, all I can do is donate it. Tried for a return and they suggested 10%.

After reading other reviews I now know I’m being scammed. I didn’t receive the right dress and no refund. The dress I received was made in china, poor quality. Bummer.

I would not even give this company 1 star!!! I purchased from them as it is advertised as a company based in the Gold Coast Australia.
I had to return the boots I ordered as they were the incorrect size, only to be offered 10% refund as to return the boots it would be too expensive.
I still don't know where they are based but it is in Asia somewhere.
Communication is terrible, service is terrible..and now they said they can't replace my order as they are closing down.
The site claiming to be Gold Coast says it's going to reopen..
I urge people NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Their company is NOT legit..

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience.
Based on my experience, this company presents itself as an Australian business connected to the Gold Coast, however there is no clear evidence of an Australian-registered company, physical address, or ABN provided anywhere. The products appear to be shipped from overseas, and the quality was very poor and did not match the description or expectations.
The items I received appeared to be mass-produced and, in my opinion, consistent with low-quality imports from China rather than a local Australian brand.
When I attempted to return the products, I was repeatedly refused a return address. Despite clearly requesting to return the items for a full refund, the company continued to delay, offering only a partial cashback instead and refusing to provide the address required to send the goods back.
This has now been ongoing for over three weeks, with multiple emails sent, and no return address provided. Preventing a customer from returning unwanted or faulty goods while pushing a partial refund instead is unacceptable and, under Australian Consumer Law, unlawful.
I would strongly caution others to be very careful before purchasing. In my experience, the branding suggests an Australian business, but the reality does not align with that image at all.
I regret this purchase and would not recommend this company.

I purchased a pair of pink shoes 5/1/26 my account was debited 6/1/26. I have emailed many times requested a refund for synethic shoes described as suede leather . They were falsely advertised after several pathetic emails offering a 30% refund I have still not been given a full refund from this so called company.DO NOT BUY FROM HAZEL & VICTORIA They are fraudsters. .

The colour of the shoes I ordered is nothing like the photo on the website.
Further the shoes took about 3 weeks to arrive after the date of purchase, came in a crappy plastic bag - no box - and look like they belong in a $2 shop.
Accordingly, i went to the website to make a return only to find that all returns are to be sent to China at my expense. So a label called Hazel & Victoria Gold Coast is actually a China-based merchant selling rubbish.

This company is not genuine, and the products are not what are advertised. It is impossible to return items as the company just won't provide a return address.
I got caught, learn from my lesson and don't give these thieves any more Australian $$.

Please don’t be fooled by this business. I purchased shoes supposedly located on the Gold Coast thinking they were coming from interstate. They arrived from China 3 weeks later and I received the wrong size. The shoes are rubbish, not leather and of course, they are not responding to emails to allow me to return them.

A total scam do not buy from them. I ordered what looked a lovely dress online to get a heap of garbage in horrible shiny material. They are not responding to my emails for returning the dress.

It's a scam! The shoes are cheap and nasty, the zip doesn't work. They don't look like on the photo. They say you can return them, but they don’t reply to your emails. The shoes came from China. They take your money, send you a nasty not usable product and ignore your emails asking for a return. However, they still reply to sale enquiries. I used a different email address pretending I'm interested in buying and they replied in 4 minutes. But I have not heard back regarding a refund/return. Don't buy from Hazel and Victoria! It's a scam!

Lily 'Elegant suede ankle boots' are not suede, they are a suede look alike, made from fake synthetic material inside and out, unlike the real suede boot in their photo which hugs the foot as real suede would. The product is as you would expect a cheap Chinese made product.
