Ordered a Christmas jumper , it didn’t arrive and didn’t arrive , had multitude of emails saying it was on the way , it arrived today obviously from china , the quality is appalling , thin t shirt like material and not at all as the photos on the fake web site on facebook , I’m not going to waste yet more money sending back to china , they would probably say they hadn’t got it anyway . They offer discounts off other goods to keep it but I wouldn’t order from here again. I’m

Terrible quality - do not buy.
This is a drop-selling website that resells very cheply made products from China. There is no real shop and do not be misled by any of the advertising which is completely misleading. The returns policy is shocking. Overall it is a SCAM. Spread the word if you can.

Poor product but truly appalling service. Took an age for delivery and Christmas top finally arrived on Dec 30. No tracking info. No returns info. Agree with the other reviews - avoid! Wish I'd checked first.
And having searched their website, with considerable difficulty, I finally found their returns info - including the fact that all returns are to CHINA and at buyer's cost!!!! What a rip off.

Worst material ever purchased. We ordered a Xmas jumper which arrived on 30th December. Bit late. Asking for a full refund or start a small claims in the courts.
Will ask the court to take into consideration other purchases conned by this company

Well, I should have known better. My daughter lives in Brighton and Ive never seen this 'so called shop'. There is no shop in Brighton, this is an on-line Chinese company. Very very deceptive and mis-leading. I ordered a 'jumper' which looked nice on line... However, it was over a week LATE and then I realised that it came from China. The jumper was very poor quality at all. It was more like a t.shirt (thin at that). I think I could have bought a better quality item at my local market. Anyway, there's no way I would order from this scamming company again.

I too was fooled into thinking it was a British Company and ordered a new jumper for Christmas which has only arrived today Dec 29th..!!
I'm so annoyed with myself for not reading any reviews before ordering because I certainly wouldn't have bought it if I'd known it was a Chinese company...the quality is very poor too

This was a Christmas jumper took too long as I guess it's coming from China not Brighton! When it arrived today 29th December the quality is awful, synthetic, no washing instructions, doesn't fit at all. If I wanted cheaper would of gone to shein but all fool me I paid a premium for tat! My advice don't buy.

Absolutely dishonest. Got shoes were wrong size and they want me to pay return postage. Pretend to be from Brighton but are Chinese, they’re rubbish cheap products come from China and take forever to be delivered. Plastic crap. Do not buy anything from this fraudulent company.

Don’t be fooled as I have been thinking this is a UK company with a shop in Brighton. Still waiting for an order and no response to emails. Can’t believe I’ve wasted my money on this company.

Why the hell did I not read these reviews first. I ordered because it was what appeared to be a British shop selling on the internet. What arrived was a joke. Plastic furry loafers instead of the beautiful stylish loafers seen on the FB ad. DO NOT ORDER.
I had a sinking feeling when the order did not arrive within a few days and then received emails about shipping. I ACTIVELY avoid buying from China and now I've been duped. I'm so mad at myself!! Don't make the same mistake

Wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order, cheap quality poor delivery total waste of money now trying to get a refund but I don't hold out any hope tbh.

Only giving it 1 star as I can’t give zero. Absolutely awful- the product arrived too late and I wasn’t able to cancel in advance. What did arrive can only be described as cheap & nasty. Billed as being less than half price at £35 the nylon Christmas jumper isn’t worth £3.50. It’s a cheap knock off from China but the returns policy means I have to send it back to China and I’m not prepared to waste any more money

UPDATE 8/1/26 MY BANK RECOVERED MY MONEY, SO DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT YOURS.

They send TRASH, which arrives after 21 days. They have similar websites in US and AUS. I found out when I used Google Eye on a pair of shoes and found the other websites.

I ordered loafers, size 4. Excellent design and photograph. Claimed to be printed pony skin.
In fact they are a poor synthetic and badly made.
The shoes were stamped as size 36 (a 4 is a size 37) but looked very tiny.
My granddaughter who is a size 3 could not get them on.
Another granddaughter, size 1 1/2 could but said they felt very tight. Have been offered another size if I pay shipping from China (?!) Wish I had read reviews on here before I ordered. Very disappointing.

Wish I had checked here first. The Loafers I received were a Secret Santa present from my daughter. As soon as I opened the cheap plastic bag they came in, I could tell they were a pair of rubbish shoes from China. I'm more upset she spent her hard earned money on this rubbish but obviously haven't said anything. Absolute scamming b***ards with your fake website robbing people.

Scam product, not from Brighton but China. Returns policy disgraceful so charity shop it is. How and why are these companies aloud to get away with selling sub standard products!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Disgusting quality, nothing like the advert which attracted me to the company on FB. Thought I was buying British and support local shops but this is a complete SCAM. Took 3 weeks to come from China, impossible to return. Do not touch them with a barge pole!!!!

Like everyone else I was duped by their fake website thinking I was ordering from Brighton. How stupid of me not to check here first. They’re not UK based at all and the top I eventually received is horrible, cheap, synthetic tat. Lesson learned the hard way. It sounds like there’s no point in trying to return it.

Very misleading! This isn’t a nice local business in Brighton but a front selling goods from China. Kept getting promised delivery only for it not to arrive. Asked for a cancellation and refund but was refused. Item finally arrived - too late for its intended use - shipped from China!
