Experience with HB very poor with their customer service. My transaction wasn't processed for more than 8hrs. I tried calling them but they wouldn't answer my calls.
I have also tried online chart and the response was very bad.

If you are a Ghanaian citizen and want to transfer money to Ghana avoid this scam app
I have send money to myself on my Ghana bank account I have been using to receive money.
It been about 3 days now the transaction has never been credited to my account yet they’re blaming their payment partner in Ghana. Meanwhile they’ve deducted the money here in my account knowing perfectly that they have technical issues before they allow my transaction to be processed and they phone number on their website and app is invalid number.

I am very disappointed and feel compelled to share this experience to alert others.
I am extremely disappointed with HB Money Transfer, and I do not want to hear their name recommended anywhere again. Yesterday was my birthday, and I decided to surprise my children by sending money for them to celebrate in my absence. Unfortunately, it has been almost 24 hours, and the transfer is still pending.
Initially, I was told the money would be delivered by midnight, but up until now, the funds are still hanging, while they continue shifting the blame onto their partners.
UK authorities should step in to protect customers from this kind of unacceptable service. Why allow transfers through your app when you are aware that your partners in that country are experiencing issues? It appears profit is more important to them than customer convenience, and no one seems to hold them accountable for the stress and inconvenience caused.
Shame on the management of HB Money Transfer for handling customers this way.
