I CALLED THEM ALL DAY- BUSY SIGNAL, 2 EMAILS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD PACKAGING THAT LEFT OUT HARDWARE. I HONESTLY CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANYMORE

In need of a U. S. Barcode....
I just received my dark green 2 step ladder SKU:KQ0002-GR and to my chagrin the barcode is Chinese! I need the United States barcode because I have to register the item with the National Consumer Panel.
The item was purchased from Amazon. By the way I am pleased with my purchase. Would you please supply me with the barcode for the U. S. I received my purchase today 04/16/2024

Great ladder and customer experience.
They replaced my ladder immediately when I showed it had a slight problem. Customer support is great. I used both the Amazon messaging app within amazon.com - go into the order details and request to contact merchant, it'll open up a chat window. Also, if you didn't use Amazon to purchase, you can reach out to contact AT hbtower.us . Great new ladder they sent, no questions asked they just sent it after I showed a pic of the broken part.

I made a purchase of a 5 step ladder. It’s missing a part. It’s literally impossible to get a hold of customer support. I like the ladder. Would rather have the part than to send it back. Why is it impossible to find customer service!

Pathetic and Non-existent Customer Service
I have requested to return the ladder due to it being too heavy for me to handle. I had shoulder replacement surgery two months ago which prevents me from using the ladder. I did receive one reply early on and they claimed that it is NOT too heavy and I need to try harder.
They have ignored two previous emails from me and and FaceBook Messenger inquiries.
Stay away from this company. I suspect they are out of business.

Quality and and ease of use.
The ladder appears to be made of quality material. It was fairly easy to assemble (20 minutes) and stores in my garage closet. My only issue was during shipping the padding on the rails was a bit damaged.

The ladder is a great ladder. The delivery was close to the expected delivery date given. This is the best step ladder that I have ever seen and used.

Poor Customer Service
Received ladder in timely manner. Did not care for (too heavy). Got permission to return. Had to pay for return shipping (as expected). HBTower received 3 days later (per UPS confirmation). It has been 32 days since they received. NO REFUND. They don't respond to emails. Their phone is ALWAYS "busy" (all hours of day). I DO NOT recommend this company.

Awesome step ladder
The website was easy to use. The ladder is amazing in my new home with 10' ceilings and cabinets that go to the top! I feel safe on it, I'm 62, and I fall easily. Having handles on each side makes me feel super safe. My only complaint is that shipping took longer than first expected. Great ladder for the price.

Unsteady Ladder User
I ordered this platform ladder because I'm very unsteady with ladders as I have had 1/3 of my foot amputated. I used this ladder for 2 days and it's everything I expected. I can't afford a fall as I have a broken back. Ad and explanation about product was spot on.....Thanks
