The worst of the worst …
Im posting on behalf of my wife:
I want to make other potential customers aware of both the shocking service I experienced but even worse, the false promise and out and out lie I was given from 'Emma' in 'customer relations'.
Firstly I have two v young children and I was max 3 minutes late needing to park and get my young children in the pram.
To my absolute amazement I was treated so badly by the receptionist who told me they had given away my appointment- arrogantly dismissing my booking for being...3 minutes late as I turned up with a pram - baby and 2 year old. Absolutely disgusting.
After being reduced to tears (was going on holiday the next day) I was called by a lady named Emma who promised me free services as a means to say sorry for the terrible experience I had endured.
Despite nearly 5 weeks passing now...Emma has ignored my messages and not returned any calls or offered any apology. This place is beyond rude I will never go back. The irony is - on the day I arrived i was informed they were under staffed as they now employ less staff due to losing many customers over recent months....why am I not surprised!!
If I could give this place 0/5 I would.
Avoid at all costs.

Amazing exoerience-skilled Therapist!
I had such a great experience with my laser treatment!
The therapist Shania is absolutely wonderful-she really knows what she's doing and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident.
She took the time to listen to what I wanted and paid attention to my concerns,which I really appreciated.
Not only is she skilled and professional, but also very kind and approachable.
The service I am getting is excellent from the day I started til now, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I’ve been coming here for 15 years and in all that time I’ve experienced impeccable service. Parul particularly is my favourite! Absolutely talented at what she does with such a warm and professional manner. Whether its threading, waxing or facials, she executes with great skill - a huge asset to HC Med Spa.

Unhygenic + staff treated poorly
This place unfortunately is not professional at all and truly unhygienic. I am very surprised that this business is still running if I’m being honest. I came here to get a hydrafacial since the usual woman I get it done with a privately was away on holiday and I thought to give this place a try. I have been getting hydrafacials for years and so I know what to expect / what the process is. The first red flag was the therapist had made me wait 20 minutes because she was apparently “running over” time with a previously client. This was frustrating as I had somewhere to be and especially considering this is supposed to be a professional business you’d expect it to be running in accordance to schedule. Never mind that part, the therapist when she finally brought me into the room was complaining to me about the diva of an owner who miss treats all her staff. It’s truly appalling to be hearing staff talking to me as a customer about how unfairly they’re being treated. It made what was supposed to be a relaxing treatment really uncomfortable. The worst part is I noticed the tips they used were already opened with no hygiene packet that it usually comes in… it made me question whether or not these tips were used on a different client and she’d forgotten to change them? And then she dropped one of the tips and she was changing it and it went on the floor. She continued to use this on my face which is completely disgusting and unacceptable. Please don’t come to this place.

I’ve been going here for laser hair removal for a long time and it’s been hit and miss. But I recently saw Shania who was amazing. She made the process painless and didn’t miss any areas, which has been an issue in the past. She’s the only reason I’ll continue to go here.

I’m doing my laser hair removal…
I’m doing my laser hair removal treatments with Shenia in Barnet and my experience so far has been amazing. Shenia is very thorough and patient throughout my sessions and super friendly. Whenever i have a question about the treatment she gives me detailed answers and always checks that i am feeling good and my results are what i expected.
