This business is fraudulent!!!! It advertised for a fitbit and what I received was not a fitbit! It also didn't even come with a charger. There is also absolutely zero customer service. They never reply to emails. I hope that somehow this business gets shut down.
Scarsissimo acquisto mai ricevuto nessuna risposta alle email.
Fanno schifo

Article ordered at the end of May, 3 emails to customer service, and still nothing received ...
No customer service response either. Zero
the Order has taken more than one month to arrive.
the product is not the one in photo and the set was incomplete; the core blast bands missed!! and the tensions of the bands are differnt from what they indicate.
I've recived the homework booklet, but on it no exercises are explaned.
as icing on the cake, their customer service don't exist!! i've writen them 2 emails, but so far I haven't heard back.
Ordered via the link on IG on 23rd May. Arrived today. These are a complete joke. They are not the ones in the photos on the website. They are shipped from China. The instruction booklet is none existent. A crappy piece of A5 paper with minuscule pictures and no real instructions. I’ve emailed for a refund but judging by the other reviews I’m unlikely to get a response. Please avoid. Or get these from Amazon for £8.
Horrible just horrible. Booked an order on 24th April, 2020. Next day received tracking number of FedEx. Till to date nothing has arrived. They said it will take 8-22 business days to arrive. It is now over 35 days. Called FedEx, got info they have not yet handover the parcel. Now they are not replying. My 4k gone for toss. I'll lodge a cyber complaint after waiting another week.
Have not responded to any of my emails, have not sent me any confirmation or tracking details. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Shocking company - Bands are worth £7 tops better quality from Amazon. Asked for refund but no answer 😕 stay well clear as shocking poor - will be contacting instagram so others don't get stung
Complete absence of customer services is leading me to contact my bank tomorrow, as refunds / order cancellations are harder to obtain than blood diamonds through these guys. Stay away!
Do not buy from this site, we placed our order over 1 month ago and they have stopped responding to us. They told us it would take up to 14 days. This is a scam - they delete posts on instagram. Do not believe the promoters and celebs on Instagram, they have clearly accepted a paid sponsorship without prior knowledge of the company. They are trying to capitalize on everyone's need for workout gear during this trying time.
