Jill the agent I worked with after I bypassed the automated system was great! Couldn't have had a better experience but their automated system is terrible! They really need to get a better system. I have used Heacock for 20 years and this was my worst experience until I finally got ahold of Jill.

I bought insurance on 2 926 the seller…

I bought insurance on 2 926 the seller backed out of the deal I requested cancellations 2 weeks later no no response already signed an e-document canceling the insurance and they're still have not refunded me my money I am really upset
