I am the first to open the ball posting about this company but I'm pretty sure there will be more positive reviews to come.
Very friendly and stellar support, I experienced a technical glitch with the payment process resulting in double billing (my CC being charged twice but one of the transactions didn't register properly with paypal, so processing and shipping were stuck because of that) and Thomas was faster than light to answer my emails and resolve the issue, literally within minutes!
On top of that he offered to help with documents/proofs to help resolve the issue with paypal and my credit card company should I need any, which I didn't as everything was sorted with all parties involved in just a couple of hours and my first CC payment was fully refunded.
And cherry on the cake, he gave me a free upgrade to DHL Express delivery that I didn't even request, as a compensation for the minor inconvenience!
I usually never leave positive reviews when everything is going well, but on this occasion and for all the reasons stated above I 100% recommend this company.
I will definitely shop with them again for my hifi gear, even though they are based in Germany and I am in the UK - but worry not, when you shop from the UK or from outside the EU they don't charge you the German VAT and overall it ended up costing me about £60 less than if I had bought the headphones in the UK, and that is without even accounting for the free upgrade to DHL Express delivery.
Fascinating stuff!
UPDATE: Parcel from Heidelberg, Germany received in London in less than 24 hours, I kid you not. Unbelievable!
