We love the sauna! Great product easy company to deal with and reasonable pricing. Their lead time was a little off, but it’s understandable in our post Covid world.

Overall great experience
Speaking with the representative on the phone was an excellent experience. He was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. He even offered me the floor model which was unexpected and absolutely awesome! So excited to purchase a quality portable sauna at a discount.
I received my sauna without an instruction manual though. When I reached out about it, I was sent a digital one which works.

I called Healevations to confirm my order for the infrared portable sauna because I did not receive an email. The woman I spoke with said that because inventory had been disrupted by COVID, they didn't want to confirm until they knew that they could ship the order. Fortunately, it was available and within a week, I received it and have been using it regularly with great results.
