pathetic. i paid for a test that I do not want. Staff do not know about problems. They give out the wrong information, wrong emails, and do not know how to handle a problem In the end i am going to a lawyer and will expose your company

Beware of Testing Location Changes w/o Reason
Employee was booked at one location, changed to another without a reason. Called company and advised they will change the registration code to go to any location. The employee even called themselves and was told the same thing. Then employee was told to go to another even further away location. This delayed our process for hiring and thus causing our company time and resources. Very disappointed considering the package pricing. Will not be using service again.
