The Ada Oklahoma location broke the…
The Ada Oklahoma location broke the chain of custody. Then continued to process the analysis. Both techs were literally not following guidelines and procedures. The spectral machine was broke. Also the tech broke the seal on my sample and said” i can just pour it into another cup”. Then they sent me an email saying that my sample was non negative. The chain of custody was not even followed.

Health street is very user friendly and my workers didn’t have to wait a long time in a waiting room like most places when they went for their drug and alcohol testing.

Great streamlined process
The online process was super smooth, no glitches, and it continued to be successful-good follow-up, no problems with candidates' experience, just very easy, simple, streamlined, and good follow-through on the company's part. I called customer service once, they answered promptly, were intelligent, and very helpful. wonderful experience and I thank you for that. Would use again.
