Overall, I'd give Bodybuilding Health Plus about 3*, maybe 4* if customer service improved.

The ordering process is fairly straightforward, and the time from submitting your order to receiving your initial Tirz box w/supplies at your doorstep is reasonable...but not Amazon Prime efficient. I think mine was @15-20 days or so.

Where they really fall short is customer service. Response times are consistently slow—typically 24+ hours, and I've even waited up to two days to get a reply to a simple question. That's frustrating, especially when you're dealing with peptides.

Another thing to watch out for is the introductory pricing. The first three months may seem like a good deal, but the renewal price can increase dramatically. My first three-month supply was **$537**, and the next three-month cycle jumped to **about $998**. That's a huge increase, and there are plenty of other companies offering similar medications for significantly less.

I even gave BBH+ an opportunity to match a competitor's pricing, but they weren't willing to do so. (There was zero reply 30hrs later)

If you're only looking for an introductory offer, they may be worth considering. However, for long-term treatment, there are other providers with lower prices, faster customer service, and better overall user experience. For example, (B-H) responded to one of my questions in **about two minutes**, compared with the day-or-more response times I experienced here.

Overall, I'd recommend doing some comparison shopping before committing to Bodybuilding Health Plus.

Working with this organization has been the most ridiculous process and experience. My order was placed, and I was charged in full. It had been 2.5 weeks when I requested to cancel my order and refund. They then "expedited" my order, which took almost another week. The order was incomplete. What I did received was shipped in a foam shipping container with two small cooling packs. When received, the cooling packs were completely melted, and the inside of the cooler was radiating warmth. When I reached out to what I thought was the Doctor, I was told not to use what I received and that they were reaching out to the pharmacy regarding safety and stability of the product. When I mentioned again that I still had not received the other medication ordered, they told me to keep waiting, that the support team was investigating. In the meantime, I get another message stating that I am approved for another order which was then submitted to the pharmacy. I have responded stating that I do not authorize another order, or additional charges. Skip the online companies and work with a local physicians who you can actually meet with and have your order fulfilled locally.

Unfortunately this place is BIG disappointment! They are the most unresponsive and irresponsible company ever! I have ordered Tirzepatide 15mg last month and it didn’t work on me I lost just 2 pounds in 4 weeks. So have been calling them sending emails, but no one ever responds back. And now they charge me for another order that I do not want. Please spend your money somewhere else. Do not waste your time and money here. Nobody cares about you here NOBODY!

I ordered and paid for 3 months of Tirzepatide on July 3rd. This company seemed ligament however it is the 21st and I still have received any medication. Please be aware that this company is a total scam. No one gets back to you and you never get your medication. Run!!

Everything arrived on time. I was kept up to date on the processing of my order every step of the way.

Took forever. I emailed to cancel age a week, then get an email they're charging me more because prices went up, then they tell me they can't cancel because it's been too long (because they take 3 days to answer an email).

In 2 days we had the prescription. It was packaged well and didn't arrive hot.

Looks like they went out of business. There is no one and I mean no one to answer emails, take phone calls, respond to on the portal or anything of the sort. Since they actually do not have a customer support line anymore, it is said that your credit card should be turned off from them. Protect yourself!

I had an negative issue with a different company so I'd been researching alternatives.

This company got good reviews and I decided to go with them. The only slight issue I had was a slow response to an email request for information on my order but it's been happily resolved. I got my order and so far so good.

I was using another company for my Semiglutide medicine. It was working out for me but when I moved they could not ship to me so I reviewed other companies and chose Bodybuilding Health. I purchased Tirzepatide and I have not lost even 1 pound after contacting them 3 times in the past 7 weeks. They have well written scripts telling me it can take time, but I am frustrated and disappointed as I know that is not possible if it was a legit compound. I spent a lot of money for what I consider to be a SCAM!!! Do not order from them.

My experience with Body Building Health was extremely disappointing.

I canceled my order on the same day I placed it after I was unable to verify the pharmacy they identified as Casa Pharmacy using the available pharmacy verification resources. I searched using the pharmacy name, address, and owner information but could not confirm the information I was looking for. Because of those concerns, I immediately contacted both Body Building Health and the pharmacy to request cancellation before the order was shipped.

Despite my cancellation request, my order was still processed and my credit card was charged. I found the communication regarding my cancellation to be slow and frustrating.

Before ordering, I strongly encourage others to do their own research. I read numerous customer reviews expressing concerns about the company, including reports that the medication did not suppress appetite, that some customers believed the product was ineffective, and that others were dissatisfied with their overall experience. Those reviews, combined with my own experience, reinforced my decision to cancel.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Body Building Health. I encourage anyone considering their services to carefully research the pharmacy being used, verify any credentials that are important to them, and choose a provider and pharmacy they feel confident using.

If I could give less than one star based on my experience, I would.

Getting a glp with a very affordable price and easy to communicate with someone if needed, so far so good just waiting to see how the results look after a bit only on my 2nd dose.

The sign up process was easy and fairly quick. My meds came packaged to survive the desert...I mean fort Knox level cold storage, I felt very confident they stayed very cold in transit. The questions I've had so far were answered promptly. I'm on week 2 of weight loss shots and the meds seem high quality as I'm getting great results as far as weight lost and virtually no side effects. I have zero complaints so far. I only have 4 out of 5 stars because I do think the app could offer more features like med tracking to support the users journey. I would love to see more value added support like progress tracking, diet tracking and planning, as well as fitness tracking. A more well rounded approach. But I'm being overly critical here. Overall I feel like I received a high quality product from a company geared towards health and fitness. And there seems to be a level of transparency here with their partner pharmacy's that I did not find elsewhere. I will definitely continue to use Bobybuilding Health + through my journey and would recommend them.
