The course is very informative, interesting and easy to follow.

The mentors have been awesome, so passionate, informative and supportive. New, exciting material is coming to us at just the right pace.

The pace of the training is excellent and the handouts are very helpful.

Overpriced for what you get. 1st of all this is way more health coach focused with sprinkles of life coaching. They do give you a lot of information but it’s all pre recorded and honestly the instructors are painful to watch at times.
You only get one module per week so it is not at your own pace as advertised. I even asked if I could have the modules unlocked early and they said no. The entire program could be done in a week if you were allowed to do all the modules at once but they stretch it to 6 months.
I do not think it is worth the money. I think many of the people that compete the program end up having the certification but not being successful coaches.
I’d look at other programs if thinking about coaching.

I think the program has great content but the delivery is a bit hard to take notes and determine what will be asked on a test. I wish we had more content to refer back to rather than trying to find it in a transcript.

For me personally the format and the manner the material is presented is very well done. I am not good at all with working on the computer and still haven't tackled the video chat yet. I am doing my best to work past this personal limitation.

My enrollment experience was exceptionally smooth. The representative I worked with provided clear, thorough guidance throughout the entire process, making it easy to understand the structure and expectations of the program. Now that I’ve begun my courses, I find the content well-organized and easy to follow. Connecting with fellow participants who are on this journey with me has added a meaningful and enjoyable dimension to the experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the program and feel confident in the path I’ve chosen.

I love the simplicity of it all being laid out and the upbeat, encouraging platform it always brings. I 100% am so thankful and blessed by the choice I made.

The training has been so valuable. As an educator, I am always on the lookout for well executed presentations of information. Specifically, are the concepts clear? Are there activities that back up concepts ensuring the concepts stick? Are concepts relatable and relevant? Are there plenty of resources? Are there varieties of actions to break from technology? This learning hits every mark of high engagement and learning.

I’ve found the flow and pace of the program to be ideal while balancing full-time motherhood, work, and other commitments. The course material is digestible, eye-opening, and practical—easy to apply both in daily life and in future coaching. So far, it’s been a great experience, and connecting with some amazing people along the way has been an added bonus.

The course is very heavily geared specifically toward the health (food, diet, etc) coaching, with very little time dedicated to life coaching, which was not made clear during intake questions and answers. A bit disappointing.

I joined HCI in June 2025, it has overall been a positive and enriching experience. The lessons are well organized and the most I enjoy are the skill labs. Initially it was tricky to find a lab partner but as I acclimatized to the system it has been smooth.

The curriculum vibes with my authentic self which in turn will benefit my practice. The platform was a bit confusing at first.

I wait for the lesson every week. I learned so much, and it's helping me in my everyday life!!

As a current healthcare provider, I am very impressed with the level of information I have received thus far in the 5 weeks I've been taking this course. It provides generalist information for laypeople that is easy to understand and relay to my clients.

The content is amazing, I love that I can listen to the video, read the transcript and download the slides, this really helps me learn having so many options.

I’ve really enjoyed all the Live Skills labs and being able to practice what I learbed
