Awful. Just the worst experience. Don’t bother.

I did not get accepted to a trial. The medical information that I had previously provided precluded me from being a part of the trial. Even after initially submitting my information, I was contacted and asked to schedule an appt. for further screening, which I did. Immediately at the beginning of that screening, I was told that due to a med that I was taking(which I had provided that info previously), I would not be eligible to participate. With that being the case, I should have not been asked to make the appointment for further screening. I don’t have any complaints against the personnel, just the process.

Still waiting for word if I am accepted by the study. You and your team was very responsive, very helpful and patient. I'm hoping that my participation will make a difference.

I really like being able to search for new alternatives to my lifelong anxiety and depression. Unfortunately I won't be taking advantage of any of it because I am just too scared to go anywhere or talk on the phone.
I know that these programs will help people, keep it up, and good luck!

I have received the same email at least 3 times, saying that I"m a match and my application will be reviewed for some further determination, but nothing ever happens. And then you ask for my review?? Review of what??!!

They contacted me several time through email, said Id qualified gave me a number and said they'd call. Contacted them back around 3 or more times through email, never got a call and left no phone number to call them back. SAD

I haven’t been accepted for a trial yet but I’m excited about the opportunity.

I think this is a valuable service. I want to participate in a study (ies) that ca assist with my diagnosis and to help future victims

It was simple and easy to apply and they provide you with a lot of information about the study.

Do not have much experience with Healthmatch but the website was easy to navigate.

So far, I've received information about two trials that I may be suitable for. No information has been given about possible financial compensation. Only time will tell

I have only had contact online. But it seems to be efficient.

I've had several connections with Healthmatch, this is the first time I've been selected for a study in my area.

The health match app is easy to use, and doesn't take very long.
