He expedited that process and promptly shipped the oxygen converter. Very pleased and would certainly recommend doing business with the health store. Best price I could find for a new Inogen.

Health Outlet Store is a great option…
Health Outlet Store is a great option for people don’t want to overpay DME’s for service they may never use. Their equipment are several hundred dollars less than DME’s and you own it instead of leasing. In my case, my BiPAP machine was $700 less than my old DME and was brand new, not refurbished. However, a knowledge of how to maintain your equipment, where to get supplies and where to get equipment support, if you need it, is a must.
Customer support respond super fast to my late night email, and gave me two more options for sending them my Rx.
CPAP and BiPAP machines should be changed every five years. I will definitely be returning to Health Outlet Store and have already recommended them to others.
