This is the first time I looked into/considered health insurance. I didn't know where to start, how it works and what's what. After making some enquiries I spoke to Laura Haskins who was brilliant. She knows how to lead the conversation in a very informative way. She knows when to take charge (in moments I was confused) and when to let me speak/ask questions.
