Did not receive in timely manner. I was not informed it had to go through customs. Will not order agsin

I came to nygh emergency with a 41.5C temperature,
a cough and a sore throat 6hours later the doctor told
me I could go home as the testresults were not yet
available, but they would let me know.
The next day my daughter came over with a rapid
Covid test kit and I tested positif. Even though the
hospital did the Covid test, I still have to hear from
them. Unbelievable!
