Friendly well informed staff, very professional and efficient.

This was my third visit to Hinckley Road branch and will go again when necessary.

Walked in early, warm welcome, straight into my appointment. Had microsuction. Saw the results, before and after.
Given aftercare information and paid.

Decided to take their advise and visit every 6 months, makes removal easier and wearing hearing aids, you get less 'feedback'

Yet again another satisfactory visit to Hear 4U in Leicester. As always the treatment was prompt and very reassuring. I have tried other providers closer to my home In Derby but none have been as good so I will continue to make the journey to Leicester.

Very professional and the treatment was effective

My hearing in one ear stopped suddenly and that was a day before the weekend! Called at 9am - seen at 1pm, and hearing painlessly restored very quickly. Definitely recommend for a service that is so personal and important. Sudden loss of hearing is very debilitating and the Hear4U staff have skill, sympathy and professionalism.

The lady I saw at the centre was very professional and showed me the reason my hearing was poor by using a camera, she then proceeded to unblock the wax from my left ear using both warm water and suction.

To say that my experience was brilliant is an understatement as she made me laugh the entire time I was there and hey-presto, my hearing is restored.

I had ear wax removal followed by a hearing test. Very efficient and pleasant surroundings.
My results were fully explained to me so I was able to make a better choice as to what was wrong and how it was resolved.

Excellent service!!! Staff is professional, my ear was instantly unblocked after wax was removed.. i would recommend this place whoever is suffering from blocked ear 😊

I had a appointment to take my cones taken out off my ears which came off in my ears from my earring aids,it was all done in 20 minutes, the staff was all very pleasant, very welcoming and I was put at ease I would most definitely recommend them to anyone, great service
