Pleasant staff and premises (and within walking distance of my house). I rang up at 0930 about a blockage in my "hearing" ear and was given an appointment for 1440. Now I can hear what people will be saying to me over Easter! Thank you!
(The premises are also close to bus stops serving several routes.)

I found the staff very professional and helpfull. The specialist who carried out the microsuction explained in great detail what to expect during the process and if I needed him to stop at any time he would. After the treatment my hearing was excellent.

Mr Livingston was able to accommodate a quick booking to support a last-minute.com appointment and further give a successful ending to my impacted hearing, the clinic resembled a crime scene by the time my ears were freed from the perils of what was lurking within those remits.

Livingstone Hearing gave me excellent service, both in person and on the phone. The hearing test was conducted in a polite and professional manner. The hearing aids that I purchased were explained thoroughly,and set up for me, and indeed have been excellent throughout the year that I have had them. All the people at Livingstone's have been friendly and polite,resolving problems that I have come across (through lack of experience on my part),quickly and in a non condescending manner.
